Worse than horrible. I absolutely do not recommend. There was no elevator. It was very dirty. They gave me dirty towels. Also the room was impossible to open because of old key, plugs and hot water didnt work either. Smelled like smoke. The room was very cold and with a lot of insects. There is nothing near the hotel. Very bad food. Only 2 food options. No food delivery, difficult to call taxi and the nearest supermarket 10min drive from the hotel. Absolutely worst experience with hotel in my life. It was 85€ for night-so expensive and what you get is too bad. Also the “pool” was green.

INCREDIBILE!!! DURANTE LA NOTTE GLI INSERVIENTI ENTRAVANO E USCIVANO DALLA NOSTRA STANZA SENZA FARSI PROBLEMI!!! QUANDO SIAMO USCITI ABBIAMO TROVATO LE VALIGE DEL TUTTO APERTE CON DEI SOLDI SPARTI E LA RECEPTION CHE NON NE VOLEVA SAPERE!!! VERGOGNA!!!

siamo stati in questo hotel con la mia scuola e ci siamo trovati benissimo finalmente dopo essere stati in altri hotel . abbiamo trovato stanze pulite e ottimo cibo . ci siamo anche divertiti tanto grazie al Direttore che ci ha fatto usare la piscina super pulita e la sera e’ stata organizzata una bellissima serata disco. complimenti a tutto il personale . grazie di tutto da parte mie e di tutta la mia classe

Siamo stati in questo hotel con la mia scolaresca e volevo fare i complimenti a tutto il personale per la gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrateci , camere pulite , cibo ottimo , superiore alla media che normalmente troviamo per gli studenti . Piscina pulitissima. Complimenti al Direttore e a tutto il suo staff, tornerò sicuramente questa estate con la famiglia

Staff accogliente e gentile, camere accettabili, pranzo e cena soddisfacente...la spa rilassante, poco illuminata, mal gestita...peccato visto la struttura con potenzialità. Il Direttore premuroso e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. In sintesi un'ottimo resort per qualità prezzo.

Ottima struttura la consiglio per la tranquillità , il centro benessere , personale tutto molto gentile , mangiare buono ed abbondante, camere pulite , Direttore sempre attento e presente . ci siamo anche divertiti con la musica del cantante Fabio Rizza, grazie a tutti, torneremo molto presto

Appena rientrato da questa rsa mascherata da resort, centro benessere piccolissimo e malgestito , arriviamo nel pomeriggio e il centro benessere era disponibile per l'indomani alle 11, avevamo dei ragazzini...nessun svago, biliardino tavolo da ping ping, il nulla assoluto, si passano ore a bivaccare sul divano. il giorno dopo andiamo al centro benessere e sembrava una stazione della metropolitana talmente tante gente accalcata e che giustamente si lamentava, cibo passabile ...ma niente di piu', il direttore faceva tenerezza perche' ha capito i disagi di tutti gli ospiti ma non poteva fare assolutamente nulla, a mai piu rivederci.

Tutto perfetto.un giorno in pieno relax,grazie di tutto .....il cibo ottimo,l'accoglienza,i ragazzi della grandi eventi animazione come sempre disponibili e divertenti.....bello e rilassante anche il centro benessere Gentilissimo Armando ☺️ divertimento alla grande con Fabio Rizza! Ottimo posto alla reception siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità l'intrattenimento e qualcosa di veramente eccezionale, il DJ Angelo e da premiare come ogni cosa in questo locale cibo, stanze pulitissime, e ottima sauna, fanno di questo posto da favola abbiamo passato due giorni da favola grazie a tutti, ci ritorneremo volentieri.
