I was supposed to stay in the floating spa room. I booked it six months ago and less than two weeks before we arrive - there are “abnormalties”. My room is given to someone else. They want me to take a room with no view. It’s my honeymoon. Do not count on this hotel to follow through. If it’s a special occasion, do not trust this hotel! I am already in Europe and I have no idea where to go now. Please buyer be aware!

It was AWFUL experience! Conditioner is not working in whole hotel, service is ridiculous! Breakfast is served very slow, first you will receive eggs, after 15 min bread, then they will say that cappuccino and tomatoes are extra….then they serve coffee and only then after 10 min tomatoes…..

La struttura è molto bella, personale disponibilissimo, stanze pulitissime. Siamo stati fortunati perchè nell'orario che avevamo scelto per la spa e i massaggi non c'era nessuno e ci siamo goduti tutto con tanta pace. Lo consiglio a pieni voti

Io e mio marito abbiamo scelto l’Araba Fenice come location per il nostro ricevimento di nozze. Siamo rimasti molto contenti di tutto; il posto magnifico, il personale è stato straordinariamente professionale e cortese, curando ogni dettaglio con attenzione. Il banchetto è stato un'esperienza culinaria eccezionale, con piatti deliziosi e ben presentati. Le decorazioni e l'atmosfera hanno creato un ambiente festoso e romantico, rendendo il giorno speciale ancora più memorabile. L'Araba Fenice ha davvero reso il nostro matrimonio indimenticabile.....Un grazie di cuore a tutti !!!Un GRAZIE PARTICOLARE a FRANCESCA che ci è stata sempre vicino!!!!!!non smetteremo mai di ringraziarvi!!!! Struttura e accoglienza compensano la posizione un po’ fuori mano. Gentili e professionali al check in, stanza non ordinaria nella palazzina della spa, con lavandino, vasca rotonda e doccia a vetri, solo bagno e bidet separati con una porta. Buona e varia la colazione, cena apprezzabile anche per il servizio. Torneremo per provare la spa

Una settimana dopo il nostro matrimonio ancora non trovo parole adatte per ringraziare quello che non è stato un semplice staff ma bensì una famiglia , la famiglia che ha curato il nostro matrimonio in ogni minimo particolare, supportato e sopportato noi sposi a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte ! È stato tutto superlativo , ogni cosa curata con amore e passione per rendere indimenticabile quel giorno. Impeccabili Maria & Cinzia che con il loro buon umore ci hanno reso i preparativi più leggeri❤️! Non c’è stato invitato che non si sia divertito, che non abbia apprezzato il cibo e che non sia andato via con il sorriso !!! Grazie di cuore a chi è stato dietro a tutto questo 🌟!
