House Sa Rocca 20 Meters from the Sea in Sa Rocca Tunda

The house is located in the locality of Sa Rocca Tunda, on the seafront, 20 meters from the entrance to the beach, in the west of Sardinia, in the province of Oristano. We are in a particular position, on the seafront, in the middle of the white beach with its crystal clear waters. The house is located on the ground floor of a complex consisting of several houses, has a large courtyard which leads directly to the beach, there are two internal parking spaces for guests. All around it is surrounded by the local Mediterranean scrub. Upon entering we find a living room overlooking the sea and a kitchen with hob complete with oven and fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom is located in the center of the house with toilet, bidet and shower. There are three bedrooms, two bedrooms are double and one bedroom is single. From the courtyard there is access to a space at the back with an outdoor shower and barbecue. The house has mosquito nets in all rooms. Outside there is a large courtyard shared with the other houses of this small residential complex, consisting of 5 independent houses. The private courtyard, in the back of the house, features a barbecue area, with an outdoor shower and a laundry room. We are in a very quiet place, the house is located away from the other houses in the district, being all quite large, it grants good privacy to guests. The peculiarity is that it is practically located on the beach, which makes it ideal for quiet holidays with breathtaking views. A wide expanse of soft gray sand, crystal clear waters and soft dunes behind, a panorama that you will never stop contemplating, in absolute tranquility. Sa Rocca Tunda extends at the foot of the Capo Mannu promontory, in the northern part of the Sinis peninsula, next to a small village of houses and dirt roads in the territory of San Vero Milis.
