Hotel Venere Azzurra

DE SLECHTSTE ERVARING arriveerde om 23.00 uur en er was geen personeel, ik communiceerde met het hotel en zij gaven een code om het pand binnen te komen, de tassen bergopwaarts naar de ingang te dragen en vervolgens een paar trappen naar een kamer waar de AC was ingeschakeld uit en had een muffe, vochtige geur..... Het lukte me om de lichten en de airconditioning aan te zetten. Ik boekte en betaalde voor een balkon met uitzicht op de zee, maar het elektrische rolluik aan de buitenkant werkte niet en bleef gesloten, dus het uitzicht was nul. zeer kleine en spartaanse kamer, geen luxe, zelfs geen koffiezetapparaat of iemand om te bellen, aangezien het hotel 's nachts niet bemand is. Ik betaalde 3 nachten en checkte de volgende dag uit, het hotel weigerde mij enige vorm van krediet of restitutie te geven, daarbij verwijzend naar het feit dat ******* ze niet had betaald, maar eerder op een creditcard had gestort. Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen met *******, maar de WIFI werkte natuurlijk ook niet en mijn telefoongegevens waren hiervoor te traag. Deze accommodatie voelde meer als een HOSTEL dan als een hotel aan zee. Ik uitgecheckt na de eerste nacht

This hotel was excellent! It’s very clean and right across the street from a beautiful and huge beach! Our room had a terrace/balcony overlooking the main beach. And the view was amazing! Unfortunately, when we arrived we found out that the beaches in the area were all closed due to finding a bacteria in the water that made children very sick but not adults. They closed down all the beaches with an abundance of caution. If they had been open this are would of been amazing to sit and have a totally relaxing, fun in the Sun type of vibe. Not much night life in Lerici but still a nice place to visit. The hotel provides a wonderful breakfast that we enjoyed very much. A good assortment of different foods. Sliced meat & cheeses, pastries, bread, jams, poached eggs, juice, cereal, yogurt, etc. we really enjoyed everything about this hotel and the staff was super nice and helpful! A++

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and had several free items to use. Business friendly as well. Hotel staff was dependable on always booking a taxi for a provided time.

Incredible staff. Wonderful location. Great place to start your boat tour of Cinque Terra.

My family and I stayed in Lerici while we explored Liguria and the Cinque Terre. The town is charming, and because it's off the beaten path, not crowded. There's a beautiful beach. We really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is great. Our rooms looked out over the Gulf of Poets. I wish we could have stayed longer! Would happily stay at the Venere Azzurra again.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the breakfasts were plentiful and varied and the view could not be bettered. The only downsides were that it had no "personality" if this is something that can be said about an hotel. Also the balconies while large and with splendid views offered little in the way of privacy.

We only spent one night at this hotel, but enjoyed it very much.. The room (#11, first floor) is newly renovated and has a great view of the beach and sea. A/C is strong. The bathroom is modern and the shower is great with super strong pressure (though there is no door so it does flood the bathroom). Very clean. Breakfast is good and varied and staff super friendly. Highly recommend.
