Hotel Lido

This was an excellent choice for a day trip to Cinque Terra. Shert walk to the station and then 10 minutes to start Cinque Terra tour from the north. Much quieter than La Spezia and local secret I think. Right on the beach. The hosts were lovely people and though I booked the day later it was no trouble to change for me. They set a high standard in hospitality.

Located in the quiet town of Deiva Marina at the beach front. In 30 sec you're at the beach. Parking sace is limifed, for around 5 cars. Very friendly staff. Spacious clean rooms. Style somewhat outdated, but it suits the style of the hotel. Beds and pillows were good. Breakfast was good, diner too. To visit Cinque terre you head to the train station, which is a 5 min walk from the hotel and buy a ticket to Monterosso for around €4,80. There you can buy the Cinque Terre pass for 1 or 2 (€29,00) days. The train ride to Monterosso takes around 20 min. Would recommend the hotel instead of staying in Levanto which you should avoid.

I called in for a one night stay on business.. reception and management could not have been more helpful. This hotel has very limited parking, important to know. However on a first come first served basis (I don't think you can reserve easily) they have I think eight spaces, other than that there is I would say safe public parking within 400 metres and a difficult but possible drop off luggage zone. Reception seem very aware of the difficulty which is normal for a high street hotel and respond quickly to cars arriving thankfully. But the location is of course excellent. If you go cheap you will get a room near the lifts, or facing the street with some noise until late, livable but be prepared.. I recommend paying a little more for seaview which is still a bargain for this area. My room was wonderful, stylish, small but well organised. Good ac, mini fridge, excellent bathroom wonderful bed and all was very clean. TV no international channels but not many hotels do here even the five star nearby I often stay at too.. The best part of this hotel is the lovely staff who are super helpful in any way they can. The restaurant is also quite renowned, and I recommend the two bars just a few metres up the path by the castle, I had a cocktail and snack with equal welcoming service. Hope this helps, enjoy this decent place. I give an excellent rating because of it's honest value, service and location.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante in ritorno da San Remo. Ristorante di mare tradizionale di altri tempi. Spaghetti al cartoccio e pesce alla ligure gustosissimi cucinato con cura. Personale simpatico e accogliente. Vastissima scelta di vini.

Situation privilégiée à 30 m de la plage et à 8mn à pied de la gare pour accéder aux Cinqueterre par le train= 20 mn de Monterosso Excellent restaurant. Chambre avec balcon pour faire sécher les maillots de bain. Salle de bain un peu petite. Un hôtel perle rare ….

Hotel vétuste, mal entretenu. Nous prenons la chambre, je constate de longs cheveux dans la douche. Le sol est sale dans chambre, salle de bain. Même constat dans les parties commune. Petite plage en galets. Rapport qualité prix cher compte tenu des prestations

Nous avons quelques jours dans cet hôtel situé à quelques pas de la plage (principalement privée, petit partie libre). Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner varié à la carte (pas de buffet). Point négatif : mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre et douche étroite.

3 giorni di relax a Deiva, il personale dell’hotel gentile cortese e sempre disponibile, cucina ottima, stanza vista mare. Rapporto qualità prezzo buona. Ritornerò presto perché mi sono trovata molto bene.
