Florian Maison is a little off the beaten path but so worth a visit! There are 6 beautifully appointed rooms - ours had a large bathroom with gorgeous marble floors and counters double sinks, railhead shower, and deep tub with jets. Other details include fantastic linens, pillows, bathrobes, and a large balcony overlooking the countryside. But as nice as the accommodations are, the real reason to come is the restaurant. The food was sublime - not only delicious but beautifully and creatively presented with excellent wine pairings. The expert service was attentive and thoughtful. Chef Umberto is warm, gracious, and friendly, greeting us when we arrived, during our meal and when we left. It was a 5 star experience in every way.

Serata tra amici trascorsa meravigliosamente bene al FLORIAN MAISON RISTORARANTE: la cucina dello CHEF UMBERTO veramente OTTIMA ed insieme alla moglie Monia, ci hanno coperto di attenzioni, soprattutto nel mio caso particolare in quanto intollerante ai latticini, ai cereali, alla frutta secca, alle verdure… sono riusciti a preparami un’ottima di cena ed il pesce sia crudo che cotto era squisito, per non parlare del risotto. Raccomando a TUTTI un weekend in questo magico posto immerso nel verde e nel silenzio a pochi km da Bergamo. Ne vale la pena. Per me eccellente per la qualità del cibo e per l’ospitalità ed attenzione

Provato ieri sera con percorso Gourmantico, esperienza di alto livello. Tutte le portate decisamente buone, il primo e il dolce addirittura imperdibili!! Sapori decisi e piatti sviluppati in chiave gourmet partendo però da ricette della tradizione, molto molto soddisfatto!! Unica nota, volendo essere pignoli, avrei gradito la possibilità di abbinare al secondo di carne un buon bicchiere di rosso in alternativa al comunque ottimo champagne-brut proposto per accompagnare tutti i piatti. In questa formula, un'ottima scoperta ad un prezzo del tutto interessante. Ottimo servizio e location molto curata. Bravi!

Questo ristorante ormai è come una tradizione di famiglia. Quando dobbiamo festeggiare qualcosa o qualcuno per noi c’è Florian Maison. Un locale elegante con dettagli di design divertenti e interessanti. Il personale è impeccabile, attento ad ogni dettaglio e disponibile a soddisfare qualunque bisogno. E il cibo, il cibo è sublime. Si legge ricercatezza in ogni piatto, attenzione alla preparazione e materie prime davvero ottime. Ogni pietanza porta la firma dello chef De Martino che cerca di portare un po’ della sua terra a Bergamo. Il locale merita la stella Michelin che già ha e a mio parere ne meriterebbe altre mille!

Ho avuto l occasione di fare uno stage scolastico con la scuola alberghiera... Purtroppo sono rimasta scontenta. Avevo molte aspettative per questo posto, ma oltre ad aver trovato personale scortese e poco accogliente la camera ottone era piena zeppa di insetti, nessuno ha risolto il problema.

Sono andata li a mangiare qualche giorno fa con dei miei amici ma abbiamo mangiato malissimo in più i prezzi sono altissimi per quello che si mangia e è per questi motivi che non lo consiglierei mai a nessuno

Posso solo dire che è stata una cena ECCEZIONALE. Abbiamo cenato all'esterno e l'a**osfera è stata davvero piacevole. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo scelto il menu "sì viaggiare... nel tempo" con relativo percorso vini (assolutamente azzeccato) Mammamia!!!! Wow Wow Wow!!! Il fagottino di triglia..... Complimenti!

Arrivati con largo anticipo, abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere lo chef che ci ha aperto le porte del suo regno! Dopo un ottimo aperitivo siamo scesi al ristorante e abbiamo degustato 7 piatti che ci hanno fatto viaggiare con le papille gustative e e con la mente! Ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie all’amore e alla passione che lo chef e sua moglie ci mettono nel loro lavoro!

Bellissima location immerso nel verde, parcheggio comodo, tavoli comodi personale molto gentile e preparato materie prime di eccellenza menu terra mare e per vegetariani lo consiglierei per chi vuole pasare una bella serata in compagnia
