Hotel de Blasis

we booked the accommodation at $159 with breakfast for 3 days! we arrived late at night the girl from the reception was waiting for us and asked us to pay upon arrival and that we had to pay $189 because we are with a card! we didn't remember the price, we went to pay! luckily for us the payment after 3-4 attempts was not made, until a Chilean couple came to check in and that's where the discussion about money and payment stopped! in the morning I went and paid $159 that the booking price said! at the same time a couple from Brazil came down who were staying for 6-7 days with their towels and they asked them to change the towels because they are now very wet from all the days .. on the second day that we needed them the girls from the reception came and helped us ! on the last afternoon as soon as we got down for the exit, the girl who had paid told us that there is a problem because I paid by card it is $30 more! I told her that I paid according to the price I booked and she showed me in the booking system my reservation $159 - 19% Chile tax $30.21 which is included in the price of the reservation ! I explained to her that because I have a hotel in my country and because I work with booking I know what she is showing me and that the tax is included in the price! she was adamant until I told her I will ask and if the additional charge applies I will pay! i headed to the police station i explained to them what has happened they asked for my passport they saw the date of entry into the country and they said i have no other obligation to pay anything else and that chilean law exempts travelers from the 19% IVA and if i want to complaint, but because I have a hotel I didn't want to continue! as soon as we got back to the hotel the girl I had paid made various ironic grimaces to the other colleague! the other girl also tried to convince me that I owe $30 more than the price I booked! I explained to them once again that I paid the price that was booked and I know the booking system because I have a hotel, and as I found out tourists from other countries are exempt from the 19% IVA! in the morning at 11 I went to check out the girl from the first night who went to charge me 190$ while I had booked with the booking 159$ she asked me for 30$ I explained to her that I have paid the price from the booking and the laundry 10$ , I don't owe anything and all the above from the beginning .. luckily for me it was an Italian tourist who immediately took part and told her that yesterday he paid the same amount in Valparaiso with a card and they didn't ask him anything more! to get the answer that it is the policy of the company! because I have a business, I want the customer to pay exactly what is due to him, neither more nor less! and no business would give the customer the $30 dollars! also because I had a woman across from me, there were cameras, I respected the space, I was also in a foreign country, I asked her to call the police and if I owe more, let me pay

I can't say enough about the staff. Several spoke excellent English. Romeo, who was in charge, was especially kind, professional and friendly. He went above and beyond -- especially when he arranged my taxi to the airport leaving before 2:00 a.m. He works during the day -- but he said that if there was any problem, he would personally take me to the airport! Everything was clean and comfortable, even a bit elegant. Although breakfast was small -- as is typical in Chile -- it was creative and well-presented at tables in the green area in front of the hotel. The main street nearby -- two or three minutes' walk -- had lots of restaurants and other services. There's a fairly small Lider Express supermarket (the Chilean Walmart) a few blocks father away... there are more father away that may be larger. Because the hotel has a fully-equipped kitchen with several refrigerators, you can buy whatever food you want. I would come to Santiago again just to stay here!

This was a wonderful B&B in the lovely Providencia neighborhood, close to everything. Rooms are clean and comfortable; and breakfast served every morning in the courtyard is lovely. But the best part is the staff, especially Daniel, who are so attentive, helpful, and friendly.

Experiência incrível com o hotel, confortável, bonito , funcionárias excelentes.. Grosio em especial pela sua simpatia, Antonella, Adriana e a menina-moça que limpa muito bem limpo os quartos e a cama(não lembro o nome dela, muito difícil a pronúncia). Que espetáculo de lugar e funcionários. Fora que a localização é a melhor de providência.

Muy buena ubicación en general, barrio tranquilo y lugares cerca para salir. Muy buena atención al pasajero, personas amables y con excelente disposición. Mi habitación buena, quizás el único detalle es que estaba en un patio interior sin luz natural, hubiese preferido una habitación con una vista a la calle, las habitaciones del subsuelo son muy oscuras, no se podía abrir la cortina porque al frente estaba la otra puerta de otra habitación, se puede mejorar eso. Desayuno rico con todo lo necesario, muy buena experiencia, lo recomiendo absolutamente.

Não se trata nem de perto de um hotel três estrelas o banheiro é muito ruim a janela do banheiro não fecha água quente demora sair água do box que por sinal é de plástico escorre para dentro do banheiro mas é bem localizado e quando viajou uso local mas para dormir não liguei muito mas pessoas Que lá trabalho são bem atenciosos

Las fotos no son acordes a la realidad en las opciones económica. Reserve y pagué por adelantado basada en la fotografía publicada y al llegar nos dieron una habitación en el subsuelo ( sótano) super pequeña con televisor ubicado al lado ( muy incomodo para ver) ... El lavado estaba tapado y me dieron un despacho caños PARA QUE YO LO DESTAPARA. ese trabajo debe corresponder al hotel verifica que todo esté en orden y solucionar los inconvenientes..al final decidí no quedarme en el hotel, por suerte me realizaron reverso de pago .. no volvería a hospedarme allí

excelente opção c/ custo beneficio no bairro da providencia. Adoramos a estadia, todos os funcionarios são atenciosos, e da pra fazer bastante coisa a pé nas redondezas. O café da manha é simples, mas bem gostoso. E de quebra ainda tem uma cachorrinha linda no hotel chamada Kiara. Os funcionarios são bem atenciosos, quarto com TV e limpo. Recomendo.

Muy buen hotel, acorde al precio una atención excelente. Nuestra recepción fue con Daniel y la reserva a través del WhatsApp y la verdad es que todo funcionó perfecto. También muy buena disposición del personal ya que por logística llegamos antes y nos pudieron entregar la habitación antes de tiempo y el desayuno al día siguiente nos lo sirvieron antes de la hora ya que debíamos salir muy temprano. La habitación con todo lo necesario a excepción de kit de baño (en el baño solo había jabón para manos) pero por el valor tampoco espero más, contaba con toallas, aire acondicionado y televisión por cable. La ubicación muy buena ya que está cerca del metro y de varios locales de comida y comerciales. Volveré 100% garantizado.
