First time in Kosovo. It blew my mind....so modern and beautiful. This hotel has a stunning interior. I was super impressed. The front reception staff was friendly and she was very helpful. We had dinner there. I would rate it 7/10. It was tasty and the prices are very good . Breakfast was included and it was a great selection, also way more than the usual included breakfast when traveling. Presentation was very nice too. Our bedroom was beautiful. The mattress was just too hard (firm)

Had a nice stay at Garden Wonderpool. The water was fresh and the pool area super clean. The employess are friendly. Molos was the best! Super courteous and professional. Thanks for the service! See you next time.

The service is excellent, by all the staff, particularly Yll at breakfast who looked after my coffee needs every day. The reception staff were also very welcoming, helpful and informative. Hotel is not situated in city so be prepared to taxi to anything you want to see.

Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Spotless hotel with great spa facilities and fantastic food and exceptional value for money. I will be staying here again and would recommend it to others.

The staff needs some decency behaviour training. I would use the worst possible words to describe them but I don’t want to stoop so low to their idiocy level. Never again, and I would recommend nobody from my friends, colleagues or acquaintances. Luckily Prishtina offers other better options too

Terrible Hotel, with terrible employees! Very arrogant and not customer oriented. This is the last hotel to stay in Prishtina. We‘re living in 2022 and they are still living in a stone age. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Great and nice poolarea. The personel is the worst, non helpful and most nonchalant. Had money to spend but never here. 25€ for entrance. There are alot better 5 star hotel in this city. If you want bad service this the place. We were about 10 people but no service

I booked a day Before an Outdoor Swimming pool @ Hotel Garden Prishtina- I was very impressed with the politeness & over phone service so with booking for next day even that I was late to turn up - The place was packed and they did manage to accommodate Me — Magnificent and very attentive and professional management & staff all way around with positive attitude as I felt very looked after and secure — working in entertainment & hospitality industry in years I was very Impressed - Looking forward visiting again & again … Keep on with good work much appreciated Val
