Очень хороший отель. Мы оставались на 2 ночи , единственный минус в том, что никто не убирал номер во второй день. А так сервис хороший, номер красивый , расположение хорошее.

This hotel is one big disaster!🙉 They don't clean, there is dust everywhere, we couldn't because the water was almost cold. After alerting the staff we were told there was nothing they could do about it!😱 They have to smoke in the rooms as the smell of smoke is everywhere. It was noisy there until late in the evening. Towels are changed every 3 days!! Beds unmade. Hotel SIS never again and not recommended!!🙈

Extremely noisy, dirty and unpleasant hotel with torn pillowcases and curtains. We have payed 270€ for two nights, I couldn’t believe my eyes too see the real,price - 23€ per,night. How can it be?
I would never recommend this place.

The worst expirience in Prague Benefits - it is cheap but the water is pretty expensive Cons - we found strangers hairs in our bed soo badly cleand room -if your room keys gets stuck in the key hole (wich will probably happen you will be fined 50€ ) -the staff is really slow and rude to customers - when we sat on the bed we felt itching on your bodies and also the towels had the same problem - the shower head is in pretty bad condtition - also the staff was doing some wierd stuff in the halls the were like walking around and moving stuff around so we couldn't sleep We are really angry about this whole experience AND DON'T GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT THIS HAVE YOUR WHOLE TRIP RUIEND

Hotel is near to tram stops. I think there are two tram stops near it, also near to convenience stores/shops and some places to eat. Hotel doesnt offer meal services, but they do have buffet breakfast options. They have elevator, but dont be deceived - there are still stairs within the floors. Also, because it is old - the doorknob on the rest room in the reception area is a bit problematic. My room on the third floor doesnt warm enough in November.

Arrogant staff on check in, not from czech ( probably Russia) bad foreign speaking of Czech language, very slow. hotel looks like from 19 century, I really don’t recommend to take accommodation here, u can find better hotels nearby, for the same price.

TRES MAUVAISE SURPRISE à l arrivée : nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 3 ans ( ils nous ont montré la réservation qui était conforme à la notre !! ) pour 4 nuits ; on nous a attribué 1 chambre avec des lits jumeaux !!! Quand nous avons demandé un lit pour enfant ( y avait pas !!! ) l enfant devait dormir entre les 2adultes !!!!! Nous avons du acheter un petit matelas ( que l on a donné après , car nous voyagions en avion !!) Deuxième surprise : supplément de 50 € pour entretien frais et réservation à payer à l entrée De plus le personnel était pas agréable , pas aimable , la salle de bain limite vétuste , le petit déjeuner succinct (exemple jamais de confiture ) nous avions réservé pour le prix attractif ( 230 € pour 4 nuits ) mais la RESERVATION et le PRIX ne CORRESPONDENT pas !!!!!!! JE DECOMMANDE à tous les FRANCAIS

Stayed here for a couple of nights, its clean, functional and close to mainline station through the new subway. On tramroute 6 into town. Breakfast was OK but no more than that. Beware the 50 euro deposit they extract from you and only give you back when they have checked the state of your room on departure!

Beautiful welcome and very quiet and served hotel in a very convenient area and close to the center of Prague at a very low price with a high quality service with the receptionists Giulia always smiling, kind and professional, Tatiana and very kind and helpful employees
