The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended tours and places of interest, as well as a map for reference. The view from the hotel room window during the New Year's Eve celebration plus infront of hotel were the best.

Phenomenal beds, super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, staff was kind and helpful. Location was convenient and so close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Loved our stay, particularly the stunning view of the museum. The staff were very lovely and the location was very central. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Prague was amazing and loved the city. The hotel was a bit disappointing, supposedly 5 star. Uncomfortable bed, tv intermittent, Smokey smell, rough towels but breakfast was nice, staff were really friendly, great location.

No restaurant & room service is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel !!
More likely 3 1/2 stars
Front desk does not know anything about VIP gold status rewards.
They came to clean my room after 4:00 pm !
Breakfast area is very small & too many people- the breakfast is average
