良かった点 •部屋は綺麗でした！上の窓開きました！ •ストライキの影響でチェックインが日付を超えて夜中の3時くらいになってしまいましたが、メールで部屋のコードを教えてもらいチェックインすることができてすごく助かりました！ •エレベーターありました •ホテルは坂の上でした。タクシーだったので大丈夫でしたが徒歩だときついかもです。 •ドライアーありました！ •シャンプーリンスボディーソープ，ティッシュは持って行ったほうがいいです •水圧弱めですがお湯はちゃんと出ます！ •部屋は広めでした！ 悪かった点 •駅から歩くと坂がもしかしたらきついかも。近くはないのかもです。タクシーだったので詳しくは分からないです！

交通：出門幾百米就有24小時商店，公交車站、有軌電車等也都是幾百米的路程，可以直接在站台附近購票。 衞生：房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，毛巾乾淨，地毯乾淨。 環境：單人間，空間確實不大，設施簡單不太新，但是環境整潔，另，洗手間淋浴花灑水量大。 服務：前台接待人員的服務態度非常好，衹是問了一下如何去布拉格城堡，服務人員幫着寫好路線，告知該坐哪個線路。由於回酒店較晚，房門Pin鎖出了點小故障，前台接待人員耐心幫助解決問題。禮貌、友好、熱情。

A good location of the hotel, nearby is non-stop minimarket where there is an A**. Bus stop in a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The employees are very polite and kind. Always ready to help. We were allowed to stay for free until six in the evening on the issue on the day of eviction, as we had a flight late in the evening. A kettle, tea cups and an iron can be taken at a reception, you can also ask for warm blankets.

The hotel room was really cozy and clean, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, overall highly recommend this place :)

There was good service when checking in: the door was opened and help was offered to carry the suitcase. Earlier check in was also possible. So the first impression was good. The room felt untidy because there was dark hair everywhere. I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, but still someone came in with keys and didn't even knock on the door. This made me feel uncomfortable because I wasn't dressed properly and for example the bathroom door couldn't be closed and anyone could come in without warning. I told the receptionist about this during check out and she did apologize for the incident and said that maybe it was the cleaner who came through the door but didn't start to sort out it, although I wasn't sure because the person didn't speak English. The receptionist was different than at check in and I had trouble getting out of the hotel with my luggage, but luckily another customer appeared to hold the door for me.

renovated hotel, nice staff. The bathroom is painted but poorly designed so it's inconvenient to use. Hotel is far from the city centre/old town. but good value for what it is.

Nice place! Lovely staff and a good area. The fan needed to be on at all time but other than that it was a very nice stay.

A nice hotel with helpful staff. It's basic but very clean and in very good condition. The automatic check-in system is a little annoying but you can talk to a person when you get there
