너무 만족했습니다 가성비 최고! 다음에 프라하에 온다면
또 머물 생각이 있어요! 다만 지하철역이랑 5~6분 거리가 있는게 캐리어를 옮기느라 조금 힘들었지만 나머지는 모두 만족스러웠급니다~!

They did not see the reservation and poor communication with customer. Waited me in the lobby for almost 1 hour to see the reservation.

Nice clean cost effective Hotel in centre of Prague , with easy reach to different types of transport. With few minutes walk to the most important tourist attractions

Perfect location close to transport. Personell was friendly from the first moment and during all days of our stay.
The only improvment I can think of, is more variation for breakfast :)

Clean quiet room in a good location for the city centre and tram links.
No hot drink making facilities in room only a mini bar.

Choose the same hotel 8 years apart to travel in Prague. It's located between the old town and the new town. You may need a bit walk to the main area/ Charles Bridge about 15-20 mins. Breakfast is nice and variety choices.

The hotel was in an excellent position, the room size was ok and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. However we had a problem with our room (802) where the thermostat in the room clearly didn't work as it was SO hot. They staff were very quick and sent up an air con unit but that also didn't work properly and kept turning off. So in all it was a reasonable hotel in a great position but had problems.

At the edge of the old town city centre, so everything is walkable, but way too loud at night, at least when you have a room facing the road. Breakfast buffet offers quite a broad range, but generally low quality food. The hotel is basically a 9-level staircase with rooms around it. Must have passed it three times before noticing the entrance...
