Avevamo una prenotazione di 4 giorni presso questa struttura alberghiera ma una volta giunti sul posto abbiamo trovato l'hotel chiuso. Nessuno ci ha avvisato per tempo e ci hanno ricontattato solo dopo nostra telefonata (per dirci che avevano avuto un problema ed erano chiusi) e solo dopo aver dovuto cercare in tutta fretta un'altra struttura ricettiva. Fatto molto grave ed inaccettabile per un hotel che dovrebbe essere un 3 stelle.
