Hotel situated nicely in walking distance to the ski resort; quite "used", but clean classic rooms; a bit tiny, but we knew and expected it from the description beforehand; very hospitable crew for the rooms; good ski room for boots, skis, etc; free parking across the street; 1 e-charging point, which was not available and was not made available any time during the week; reception: what to say, surfing the internet or doing whatever in the computer, for sure not attending guests; restaurant crew: what to say, at he beginning we thought our inability to speak Italian was causing unfriendly behavior and non-attendance until we observed Italian guests to be treated with similar ignorance; prepared food ok-ish; 7 days the same breakfast, 7 days the same buffet for starters like salad; good pizza though. Will we go there again? Into the area: yes, has been our 9th time in this Dolomiti area; into the same hotel: no, unless they change crew in reception, bar and restaurant.

We are vacationing from California. We dined at the restaurant - Pizzeria - last night. The hotel's owner is very kind and hospitable. With COVID, there's a requirement for showing one's Green Pass; however, non-EU citizens are not eligible for the Green Pass. She checked our vaccination records and kindly allowed us to dine at the restaurant. The waitress - Florie - was very friendly and provided great service. The three pizzas and salad that we ordered were very good and the tiramisu was delicious. We had a very enjoyable dinner at Pizzeria. The hotel is very nice and we would love to stay there the next time we visit Pozza di Fassa. It's very close to the ski resort's entrance.

Dopo qualche anno siamo ritornati per un weekend lungo ed abbiamo trovato la gentilezza di sempre... buon cibo . . Camera molto accogliente con una vista impagabile pulitissima come del resto tutto hotel .....grazie e alla prossima vacanza Marilena e Giorgio - Cantù

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo meraviglioso hotel per la seconda volta,e per la seconda volta è stata una piacevole conferma..cibo, pulizia, gentilezza del personale e dei titolari Mirko e Elena . Tutti molto attenti alle nostre esigenze .. Colazione e cena super.. La nostra camera una junior suite molto spaziosa con un terrazzino con vista montagna 🗻 Spa e piscina..relax garantito ❣️ Ci torneremo sicuramente anche il prossimo anno con la nostra piccola turbina Alessandro 😅. Alina e Davide.

Posizione centrale in valle che consente di muoversi senza troppa fila sia direzione Moena sia direzione Canazei. A 100 metri dalla cabinovia Buffaure. Cucina ottima, porzioni giustissime, il pranzo al sacco delle gemelle era sempre molto buono tanto che lo mangiavano sempre di gusto. Pulizia sempre impeccabile sia in stanza sia in hotel. Personale gentilissimo in sala, in reception e in zona relax (Giulia sempre dolcissima). E poi il piacere di incontrare nuovamente Manuela e Luigi, la famiglia Pastorino e tutte le nuove persone che come altre l'anno scorso hanno sempre speso una parola carina con noi. Sembrerebbe che l'hotel sia un catalizzatore di cose belle e credo questo sia un punto di grande soddisfazione per i proprietari sempre super professionali! Un caro saluto.

Prima esperienza a Pozza in questo hotel .. Davvero soddisfatta.. L'hotel molto bello ottima la posizione davanti alla pista notturna ed all'impianto Beffaure.. Dispone di parcheggio e deposito sci riscaldato. Le camere ampie con terrazzo attrezzato Ottima la colazione e la cucina in genere I proprietari attenti alle esigenze del clienti veramente cortesi.. Una SPA meravigliosa pulita e ricca di saune piscina idromassaggio esterno con panorama mozzafiato fantastico, il tutto gestito dalla sig. Giulia che coccola i clienti con piccole accortezze tisane e frutta davvero eccezionale Tutto il personale di sala e delle camere splendido ( un elogio a Susanna) che ci ha omaggiato della sua grande competenza e simpatia. Ottima la cantina che accompagna menù variegati abbondanti e squisiti pizza inclusa.. All'esterno dell'hotel si trova un grande terrazzo attrezzato tavoli poltrone e divani dove poter godere il relax e prendere il sole sorseggiando un drink. A pochi passi dal centro. Se si vuole trascorrere una bella settimana di vacanza siete nel giusto hotel.

Hotel con ristorante e pizzeria a Pozza di Fassa. Siamo stati qui una sera a cena per assaggiare la sua pizza. Qualità dell'impasto e condimenti davvero molto buoni. Locale carino e tranquillo. Prezzi nella media della zona. Consigliato per un'ottima pizza.

Inizio col dire che questa è la quarta volta che vengo a Pozza di Fassa, ma è stata la prima volta in questo hotel, e l'ho trovato a dir poco meraviglioso, il migliore in cui sia stata, avevo prenotato una classic e invece all'arrivo mi è stata data una camera di livello piu' alto davvero stupenda. Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno e mia figlia e ci siamo trovati talmente bene che al termine della settimana prenotata abbiamo chiesto di prolungare altri due giorni e siamo stati soddisfatti. Piscina metà interna e metà esterna davvero spettacolare, ogni tardo pomeriggio dopo le camminate è piacevolissimo trascorrere del tempo lì, mia figlia l'ha adorata, complice anche l'acqua caldissima, la SPA è davvero bella e suggestiva. A pochi passi dal centro del paese e dagli impianti del Buffaure, è bello il giovedì trovarsi in pieno mercato quando si esce dall'hotel. Cena e colazione abbondanti con tanta scelta, i ragazzi in sala davvero gentili e sempre sorridenti, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Siamo stati così bene che abbiamo già deciso di tornare qui il prossimo anno.
