It was a unique place to stay, it had an old charm about it but a few small flaws. The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet seat was broken. The rooms were outdated and there was no coffee pod machine as per the photos. The location was great, very close to the city and it was a very short walk to the station. Some nice cafes in the area. Friendly staff.

This boutique hotel is comfortable, reasonable, accommodating and centrally located in lovely Potts Point. Close to tons of excellent eateries and shopping and parks it is our favourite go to place to just hang out and have a relaxing time. It also has a spectacular roof garden with big BBQ and covered eating area.

The front staff was very friendly and specially Alex who was very flexible and knowledgeable about the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

I guess you get for what you pay. But did not expect the conditions to be this bad. It was a studio apar**ent that had one proper bed and a really uncomfortable sofa pull-out bed as the second. We were 4 persons. Though it's conveniently located and the price was right, we did not get the basic comforts we wanted. 1. We did not have sufficient pillows. We made a request and got extra on the 2nd night. 2. Same goes to tea/coffee provided in room. 3. Reception is open from 9am to 6pm weekdays. Shorter on weekends and if you head out early or come in late, no chance of getting any supplies. 4. No house keeping. So above point is critical Bathroom door lock duck taped. Room cleanliness is very low. Utensils provided, such as the toaster was not cleaned. Some cutlery also had stuff indicating that it wasn't cleaned properly. Wall socket coming off the wall. One wall is damped due to probably a water sepage from the toilet. If some simple maintenance was done in time, they could have improved the facilities. The outside view is nothing much and no complaints about that. Staff were friendly, just another small plus point of this place. But would not stay there again.

Staff was friendly, cleaning crew was thorough. Location was convenient to the kings cross station. It was a great stay. The only slight problem we encountered was the elevator not working 100% of the time.

The House is in good distance to all sights, the rooms are not to small and the Bed is comfortable ….but…. Its dirty everywhere !!! The kitchen was cleaned????? The bathroom the same. And if you have a look at the elevator, the dust here is from the last century. Sorry this is not at all a four star hotel, the level is for backpackers.

My stay at Regent Court was great, they provided an excellent customer service and were diligent when needed. They really made sure that my family and I enjoyed our stay. It was very close to shops and transport which is very useful. I recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.

The beds were so uncomfortable. Horrible place to find when you’re checking in late and knowing what to or where you’re going. The parking wasn’t under the building, we misplaced the elevator pass so many times. This place is definitely not recommended for anyone that smaller children.
