Avoid at all costs. Terrible and dirty. First room had dried body fluids on comforter and dried snot on headboard. The bathroom sink has blood on the counter. AVOID. The pics are old and DO NOT match the current state of this place. I am SHOCKED Loudoun County has not shut this establishment down! Clearly illegal things happening here and the owners could care less.

One of the most enjoyable locations in the west side of Northern Virginia: main hwys are very accessible but the hotel is not on the freaking on-ramp, a welcomed “feature.” Parking is great, staff have been nice. There’s shopping and food within walking distance, a huge plus if not living in a car is of interest.

Nobody should be living in this. Hotel staff make excuses as to the filthy and unsafe conditions.

The people turned out to be really helpful, they understood about my little mishap, i turned on the heat an made the fire alarm go off. Scared myself but let them know it was me. Met a few really nice people onw with this awesome Shelby Ford an another from London, England who was biking across the states, had a good trip an awesome stay. Thank you very much, didnt see much of employees cause it was late an early morning when there.

The property is not what we expected. It was rundown and did not smell good. Sorry

I LIKE TO BE ON THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THERE ARE SO FRIENDLY AND THEY ARE SO NICE ALSO THEY HELP YOU TO FIEL LIKE HOME IS REALLY CLEAN AND SMELL GOOD , THE COFFEE IN THE MORNIG IS GREAT THEY HAVE LOUNDRYROOM AVAILABLE THE WIFI IS NOT THE BEST BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY THE EXTRA GB BUT OVER ALL IS GREAT PLACE TO BE AROUND EXELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE .

We arrived late around 10:30pm and they were fine with that. Check in was a breeze. We went to our room on the elevator. Which I am glad they had because it was on the third floor. When we were settled in our room we realized that out the window there were a ton of people playing music, drinking and playing a game of cornhole. I sure hope no one needed to be up early because it was quite loud. The hotel has a small seating area where they were partying. During the 3 nights we stayed they actually partied every single night. The blanket on the bed felt as thick as a sheet and wasn’t truly a blanket at all. I think it was a duvet without the actual comforter inside. My partner was cold and we had to use our down comforter from home. We traveled here from Vermont and are on our way to go camping in Virginia Beach so we had our blankets in our truck. We booked a suite because it had a place to cook but were made to ask for cooking pans and plates and utensils. Not very convenient at all. It’s all to save the housekeepers from having to clean but isn’t that what they are being paid to do? The 3 days we were here they did not offer any housekeeping unless we paid XTRA for it. Yes you read that correctly! You do not get your bed turned down or clean towels switched out unless you pay XTRA! There are cheaper places you can stay and actually get room service that usually comes with a hotel room. With that being said the stove works well and the bed is comfortable.

In need of overall refresh; tub was yellowed, drain corroded, shower controls wobbly, bath fan sounded like an airplane and bathroom frequently had cigarette odor.
