Perfect verblijf! We hadden een appartement boven met zeezicht. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon over de baai/haven van Porto Petro met zonsondergang. Personeel is top en de locatie ook, wel een scooter of auto benodigd om de omgeving goed te ontdekken. Je kan de rust zoeken in Porto Petro (10 min lopen) of de meer toeristische drukte in Cala D’or (5 min auto). Dank!

As all apar**ent block in between Cala Dor and Portopetro. Quiet location though the rooms themselves are sometimes not quiet as noise carries from other apar**ents very easily! Usually ok, but when there is noise late at night this can be a disturbance. Small pool with loungers and parasols which we used many days - our daughter loved it. Pool condition needs improvement though. Overall the apar**ents were clean and functional, if a little basic. Lovely views over the bay of Portopetro. Good A/C. Staff very friendly and helpful. More generally, easy to walk to restaurants in the evening - 10-15mins to either Portopetro (very pretty) or Cala Dor Marina (bit more flash but worth a visit). Beaches are less close. One very small one within 10-15 mins walk, but not parasols for hire and very busy. We got a taxi to Cala Mondragó which was nice, and I think there is a bus too. Overall we had a lovely week’s holiday here - beautiful part of Mallorca.

The biggest disappoin**ent was when we arrived! The photographer was either incredibly good, a genius on photoshop or took these pics 20 years ago! The place is no near what the pictures show. It was a shock.. ..truly!!! We even considered leaving if only we could find another place available. Cleaning, if so we can call it, is every second day.. ..but basically just a change of towels. There is no breakfast, as mentioned on the website! The pool is loosing bits allover the places and running water, shower included, is literally so salty that you can use it as it is for cooking pasta! The younger lady at reception is however very nice and kind, but not an experience I want to repeat again...

A very enjoyable relaxing holiday at Nui D'Aus. The complex was very clean. Isabel and Matheus were exceptionally helpful and gave us recommendations for local restaurants that were great. Definitely worth a visit.

This was our second visit to Niu D'Aus and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again tomorrow. Great views from the balcony. Basic but beautifully clean apar**ent. Lovely pool area. Within easy walking distance to Porto Petro for dinner at one of the restaurants and not far from local beaches or Cala d'Or by car. Best of all the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Massive thanks for the ensaimadas!!

The hotel is located in the picturesque little coastal village of Portopetro. It's kind of an "apart-hotel" with your own living room, kitchen, terrace,... Beautiful views on the little bay, friendly staff. Lots of nice calas in the vicinity. I would totally recommend it if you are out on a beach holiday.

This is such a great place to stay! It was clean, in a quiet part of the island and had lovely sea views. The pool was nice and clean and never too busy. The staff were really helpful too. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an apar**ent with a kitchen. The only downside is that guests can smoke on their balconies which is unpleasant if you’re sitting outside on your balcony.

Spacious and well-furnished self-catering apar**ents just outside Porto Petro (10-15 min walk). Extremely friendly and helpful staff who ensured needs were met (finding places to eat, buy food, go to quiet beach, or head off for a run)
