Loved Tutabel, the staff were fantastic, the beach is lovely, my room was comfortable and spacious. Trancoso is a lovely town to visit and very near.
I had a great few days quietly relaxing, I had been concerned about travelling alone but it was the perfect place to unwind.

This place was amazing! My husband and I went here for a few days on our honeymoon and we would highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The food was delicious and they made fantastic drinks! We will definitely go back one day.

Staff was very friendly, food was amazing and the bedroom was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay there again in the future. The only downside was the access to the hotel, because of the rain the road to get there was very bumpy.

Absolutely loved Pousada Tutabel! It completely captures the charm of Bahia. It is located on one of the best beaches of Trancoso (that you can only access if you are staying here). Quiet, lovely hotel, with great accommodations, and the breakfast with a different twist every morning was much more that expected. Definitely coming back!

Impeccable stay! This was the first time at pousada Tutabel and hopefully a first of many others. After numerous times in Trancoso , I found the perfect Pousada to stay. The room, the location perfect for those who want peace and quiet with magnificent beaches, the outstanding service by all the staff and last but not least the excellent food served by the chef made my trip unforgettable. The attention to detail by the very polite and efficient staff, the beautiful location and excellent food makes you want to stay long and not leave the pousada.

The place is very pleasant, nice decoration, good food, but the real highlight was the service: everyone was extremely nice and accomodating to all my requests. I asked for a (very) late checkout but my room was booked, however they were kind enough to provide a different room and let me take a shower and freshen up before traveling out. I LOVED the fact that there is no time limit for serving breakfast, and anything, breakfast include, is server anywhere: the beach, the pool, the restaurant, your room... get any service anywhere you like at any time. I wanted to dine later that the closing time of the restaurant and they had the cook and waiter stay later to allow me to do that. We were offered fresh coconut water on arrival. Really superb service. The room was large and well decorated, it had a giant closed, and beautiful mosquito nets over the bed. The AC was plenty powerful, the bathroom and shower were spacey. Really no complaints.
