I like the location, unfortunately the place need a little up date, specifically in the room, I miss very bad a pool bar. I didn’t like surrounding the property a lot of trash and empty bottles.

Nice resort, all inclusive, spacious. Food was ok, could be better, great option of pure malt beers.
If you are travelling with children, its a perfect place with lots of activities and entertainment.
If you are travelling with your partner and looking for a calm and silent place, thats not the choice.
Swimming pools needed daily cleaning as a lot of insects and leaves.
A separate area (Topazio), was our calm spot to relax, however outside of the main hotel area, 3 min walk.
Suggestion to hotel to make Topazio space only for adults.

Minha filha já tinha ido. E nos chamou para irmos esse ano. Resumo. O Hotel, superou em muito, minhas expectativas. Parabéns ao comando e a todos colaboradores. Somos de Goiânia, Goiás.

O hotel é fantástico! A comida é boa, tem bastante opções e a praia é mais bonita do que nas fotos. Pra ir com criança tem muita estrutura. O que precisa melhorar pra ser perfeito são duas coisas: check in e atividade para adultos. O check in a gente achou meio palhaçada. Chegamos pelas 14 e nos disseram que tinha que esperar até as 15 porque era o horário de entrada e o quarto não estava pronto. A hora que deu esse horário, tiveram diversas famílias ao mesmo tempo pra pegar as chaves e virou uma bagunça . No final das contas conseguimos as chaves somente 30 minutos depois de muita fila. Poderiam liberar de pouco em pouco pra evitar, não vai ser 20 minutos antes do horário q ia fazer diferença pra eles. O outro ponto eh a recreação pra adultos. Lá tem uma estrutura de arvorismo e tirolesa muito bom. Porém, só tem um pequeno horário do dia que fica revezando com escalada. Poderia ter um horário fixo pros dois todo dia para que todos possam usufruir

Desde a chegada foram muito solícitos e acolhedores. Apesar de chegarmos as 12h e o checkin iniciar as 15h, já armazenaram nossas bagagens e nos disponibilizaram as pulseiras para usufrir os serviços do Resort. As 15h o quarto foi liberado e ficamos com uma vista incrível da piscina central.
Os cardápios excelentes desde o café da manhã até o jantar. Neste quesito temos apenas 1 ponto a comentar sobre o serviços de jantar do Gino. Apesar de já pedirem os pedidos com 2 dias de antecedência, o prato principal só chegou na mesa 1h depois, mas nada que comprometesse nossa satisfação geral com o resort.
Viajamos em família e as crianças aproveitaram muito. Pela manhã há esportes "radicais" como escalada e arvorismo e elas curtiram muito.
A praia do Mutá, em frente ao resort é maravilhosa, aguas calmas e quentes, pouca profundidade ótima para as crianças. A estrutura do clube de praia também é excelente, com lugares suficientes a todos os hospedes. Não ficamos sem cadeiras nenhum dia.
A experiência foi tão boa que retornaremos em um grupo maior em Julho.

Hotel com estrutura muito boa, alimentação razoável e equipe de animação extremamente básica parece que trabalham por obrigação o som da área de praia onde fica o gerente Lucas me disse que só tem 2 PEN DRIVES então o som é sempre a mesma play list que se repete de hora em hora acho que eles não conhecem Spotify, mas em resumo o conjunto fica com nota 7

O quarto deixou a desejar. Pelo preço, esperávamos algo muito melhor.
A equipe é muito solicita, o hotel limpo, os shows muito bons. Comida farta.
