Santa Catarina - Pool & Fitness, by Oporto Collection - Adults Only

房間很舒服，基本是住公寓的感覺，有兩個衞生間，廚房，房間正對泳池，景也不錯，比住酒店好很多，如果不介意走路的話（公寓不在最中心）去歐洲旅行是一個很好的選擇

Everything would have been fine except the check in. We (family of 4) arrived to a cold and unprofessional staff member. She questioned why we only had 2 people on the reservation. I said why would we book a 3 bedroom suite for 2 people. She said it would have cost more if I said for 4 people. I did say I had emailed the day of the booking once I realized I had booked for 2 people. In the end, I said I would pay the difference. She only charged us extra for the daily tax amount. However, the damage was done. Working in human services, there is a way to talk to people (including body language/non verbal gestures), especially in customer service. We definitely did not feel welcomed upon our check in.

We spent a week in this lovely serviced apar**ent located on Rua Santa Catarina which is approx 1 kilometer from the central shopping precinct of Porto. It provides a very nice breakfast basket every morning which is left by your door and is filled with fresh juice, muffins, croissants, fresh fruit, baked bread rolls, cheese and ham. It varies slightly everyday which is a nice touch. The pool is clean and well maintained as is the property overall. Spa services are available by request at the front desk. We would recommend booking one of the loft apar**ents that provides extra room and direct access to a laundry and the stone court yard leading up to the pool. These apar**ents are located to the back of the property so you avoid all street noise which you get at the front. Andrea is very helpful and welcomes you when you arrive. She takes you though a detailed run down on the facilities as well as proving a city map which she uses to point out all the highlights and popular restaurants. Opposite is a great place to eat dinner, serving traditional food and wine. You'll find many more restaurants up & down this street as well as convenience stores only a short walk away. If you turn left as you exit the property and walk approx 500 meters you'll find a metro station in the lovely tree lined park. We can recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Oporto.

Our favourite thing was the room and the outdoor area. We had a standard loft with a street view and it was a great size. The outdoor area was very quiet a great space to relax in after a day in the city. We didn’t use the pool but it didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while, there were quite a few leaves floating on it which let it down as the rooms were really clean. The hotel was further away from the main sites than we thought (about 20 minutes walk to the main sites in Porto, 30 minutes walk from the river) but we didn’t mind the walk at all as there was lots to see on the way. We also got a really cheap taxi on night when we didn’t feel up to the walk so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall we’d really recommend the hotel for a great value relaxing stay. Porto the city was fantastic too!

Beautiful apar**ent in porto, a 15 minute walk from the main area of portos main restaurants and bars. Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a disappoin**ent, but overall a lovely stay.

An amazing modern apar**ent with all the facilities necessary for a perfect self catering holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. We could not think of a single thing that could be improved.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful. Check in was very easy with lock box access when we arrived after hours. The pool area was very nice. The hotel is a short walk from many restaurants and the shopping streets.

The apar**ent was really spacious and clean, and the breakfast was amazing! Joana on reception looked after us from start to finish being extremely helpful in making our stay even more enjoyable!
