這是家連鎖公寓酒店，入住是在線視頻辦理，國人英語不好的話，還是別選擇。但是，這是家性價比最好，地段最優的酒店，而且公寓房間夠大，衞生間也夠大，住着舒適。

Great location, really close to Douro and in a very lively area. Large and comfortable modern rooms, impeccably clean, with a kitchen. Not cheap, but Porto is very popular.

We came for a week in early February & couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. Prime location yet quiet, extremely roomy suite & we loved having the kitchenette with dining space. It was clean, modern yet has the lovely character of the old stone walls. Shower & water pressure were excellent. We had no complications checking in, the staff @ Oca Flores were very helpful. Can't beat the location, everything within a short walk, this place is a 10!👌

The rooms hotel is near to the river and to the Luiz bridge (1 minute walking). Around there are lot of restaurans and shops. Absolutely quite during the night. Great structure with large room totally renewed, clean and modern.
The check in is on line by a video phone inside the structure anyway there is a person in another same hotel nearest.
I raccomend it if you want spend some days in Porto and stay in a strategic location.

Amazing stay. Only note was that the floor had not been cleaned. Hair 👀 like they had cleaned a brush and throws it everywhere. Situation was fixed immediately-still this stay was amazing.

Nice apartment hotel with good standard and great size of room. Central location and the only downside was the quality of the bed which was very hard. Can certainly recommend.

The actual room was very nice except for the bed which was small and lumpy, the room was big so the bed could have been larger for sure. Check in and out were disappointing as there's no staff onsite so no assistance on sightseeing and restaurants. This wasn't clear during booking process

It was very convenient, nice big and clean rooms. Convenient even if you want to cook a meal, grocery right down the apartment.

Lovely apartment. Spacious, well equipped and very clean. Great position by the river. The restaurant recommendations by the sister hotel team were both very good.
