Positief: Kamer is ruim en zeer schoon. Heerlijke douche. Zeer goede keuken - zelden zo goed gegeten in een hotel. Complimenten. Ook fijn dat er in de avond een keuze menu werd geserveerd ipv een buffet! Chapeau! Ook ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid. Negatief: Het strand bij het hotel is prima, maar zeker niet het mooiste in de buurt. De stranden zijn an sich prima, maar de vergelijking met de Malediven gaat echt te ver. Het mooiste en beste strand is iets verder weg (Togo Beach). Sfeervol, luxe, wat duurder, maar met heerlijke kussens op de bedden en bediening op het strand. Bij het strand van het hotel zit een vreselijke lawaaierige self service tent waar in de ochtend gym wordt gegeven op een nogal luidruchtige manier. Gelukkig zit er echter ook een restaurant van het hotel waar prima geluncht kan worden. De self service tent mag wat mij betreft opgedoekt worden. Weinig toegevoerde waarde. Zet er een mooi sfeervol barretje neer! Porto Cesareo - geen klasse en weinig sfeer. Laat je niet teveel leiden door de zogenaamde Maledivenstranden, maar kies voor Otranto! Een sfeervolle badplaats met oud centrum en veel en sfeervolle restaurants. Echt een aanrader. In Porto Cesareo is het zoeken naar een sfeervolle plek om te eten of drinken. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar! Tip hotel: zorg ervoor dat het pad van hotel naar parking schoon wordt gehouden. er ligt teveel rotzooi!

Hard to find hotel. Most entrances closed. Desk staff were good but restaurant staff were rude and indifferent. Had to wait 50 min for my mediocre, expensive steak dinner because of a booked party. Yet, I came before the party ordered. Buffet breakfast was good but no mention of ordering eggs besides the buffet. Room was basic with few outlets and plastic lamps. Watch the step in the bathroom? Ocean view - non existent and you have to cross a busy road to get to the ocean. Basically opposite of what’s advertised. Poor value, uncomfortable and inconvenient – Certainly not luxurious. Grazia T's one review is beyond belief. How can 1 person know 29 people, let alone their names, who work there unless she has a vested interest ?

All the staff were amazing: Pier Luigi, Manuela, Lucriza, Ilario, Mauro, Asia, Silvana, Annamaria, Julia, Matia. Carmine, Giuseppe, Matteo, Michaelangelo, Dino Lavandino, Luciano, Salvatore, Carletto, Elvira, Mayiangela, Beatricie, Natalia, Antonella, Federica, Mauro, Andrea, Domenico, Luca, Vito e tutto lo staff cui non ho menzionato! The ocean was like a pool, the cute town of Porto Cesareo a 30 minute walk or a 10 minite bike ride! Loved thst they had many new bicycles!

Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because it worked at front desk! It seems it was my problem (no offer to troubleshoot). Front desk is far (steep hill) from rooms, so no easy task to just go there to meet them. Opted to go to delicious, simple and traditional restaurant across the street (S. Marguerita)for dinner. Looks like nothing from stree but has a lovely little inner courtyard.Andrea there was great and accommodating, highly recommend!

Sono stata in questo splendido Hotel assieme al mio ragazzo per passare due giorni di relax. Premetto che siamo andati con una Smartbox dove erano presenti alcuni trattamenti spa che offriva l'hotel agli ospiti, che dire... esperienza meravigliosa. Appena entrati siamo stati accolti dalla Receptionist con un sorriso, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni indicandoci anche il bar dove fare aperitivo vista mare appartenente all'hotel. Nella smartbox era compresa anche una cena di due portate al ristorante Aqua. È stata una cena a dir poco squisita, e di alta qualità e cucina. Super consigliato anche a chi è di passaggio e vuole gustare un pranzo/cena fronte mare. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per goderci un altro splendido weekend.

Lido completo di tutto, sala bar davanti al mare moderna e confortevole esattamente come la sala ristorante, spiaggia da 100 e lode, organizzazione perfetta, ottima musica, bella situazione, aperto sia d’estate che d’inverno, il miglior stabilimento di Porto Cesareo senza ombra di dubbio

Hotel carino, pulito, con camere spaziose. Cibo buono. L’hotel e’ tuttavia sopravvalutato e il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccessivo. Purtroppo la spiaggia privata l’abbiamo trovata spesso sporca e non pulita dai bagnini: alla mia richiesta di pulirla sono venuti con un retino e hanno dato una “ramazzata”che certo non rappresenta il servizio che dovrebbe offrire un hotel 4 stelle. Carine anche le serate a tema con musica dal vivo.

Anche quest'anno, esperienza postiva per pulizia e cortesia del personale in hotel ed in spiaggia. Negli anni scorsi però, in ottobre, a pranzo, nella struttura bar in spiaggia, c'era più personale e servivano ai tavolini. Ho pertanto utilizzato l'ottimo ristorante Le Dune ma, tempi più lunghi e maggior costo. Si potrebbe forse pensare, a pranzo, ad un menu ridotto con prezzo adeguato.
