The entire stay was 10/10. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view. I rated 4/5 for cleanliness because the entry floors were not clean as well as the bathroom floor near the toilet, however, the staff made it right for me and was very nice about it. This hotel is stunning and you feel like royalty the moment you arrive, you pay for it, but at least the feeling is there.

A beautiful property but overpriced for what it is. They still have some things to smooth out with service. There was a lot of mis communication and a lot of things like room service and check in took a lot longer than it should at a Ritz. The pool is amazing.
