Blood looking stains on sheets, messy smelly room, way overpriced for what you’re getting, no access to free water besides sinks. Def not doing that again when canopy is down the road for cheaper…

Very friendly staff. Easy check in and valet parking. No bonus amenities like water in room. Shower was a little dated.

The staff was friendly and easygoing, which made it fun from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful with big floor-to-ceiling windows! The area is great for shopping in independent stores with great restaurants and very walkable, close to the water--nice even in winter. The only disappointing thing was the pool, which is tiny, only good for really little kids. I think they should make it into a hot tub. Very good free breakfast as well!

Pillows were lumpy rags. Comforter was like a sheet. Mattress met expectations.
House keeping was iffy. Took used soap but did not leave a new one. Did not replace tissues. Did not empty trash one day. No big problems, but a bit disappointing.
Staff super friendly!

The toilet when you flushed it from the handle would leak and the door in the bathroom the handle had been ripped off and not really replaced that great the door to outside shutters where broken and the couch had stains on it

Wonderful staff, breakfast is great! The only complaint I have is being the one who had to stay on the fold out sofa bed- it was very uncomfortable and they did not have an extra pad for the mattress. The main bed was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time staying at the Hyatt Place. It was affordable, clean and had everything we needed including Alex on the front desk who couldn't have been nicer and Ashley on the bar who was fantastic!!

Awesome hotel. Its in the perfect location in the old port. Staff was very friendly, room was very nice. The only thing is we thought the pillows were a little firm. But thats really minor. Bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning as well.
