Hotel are 2-storey building divided to 9 zone with only one elevator. Our room is in zone 8 which very far from lobby after our long travel. Room is old and not clean. However breakfast is surprisingly good.

Hotel is in need of a major room refresh. Bathroom shower was slippery and sink was noisy. Check-in staff was super helpful, but checkout staff (for a very early checkout) was no where to be found.

We stayed for 2 nights and were happy with the hotel. The front desk clerks were all very friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable enough. Nice dark curtains for sleeping. Breakfast was very nice. Wonderful selection! Hot coffee was definitely a plus! We will certainly stay there again.

Floor was very dirty so we kept our shoes on so our feet wouldn’t get dirty from walking in the floor. Furniture was dusty.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Found few spiders in my room
Face clothes had human hair stuck into them
Staff was wonderful but I have been here before covid and it is not the same
Not a great choice for breakfast, can give my kids coffee for breakfast

Older hotel and it looks sketchy from the outside but very clean and quiet inside. We had a court side room and it was very nice. It wasn’t a handicap room but the sink and shower head were pretty low but perfect for me at 5’1- usually the shower heads are so high I have A hard time reaching them to adjust. The tv, microwave, a/c and fridge worked good. The grab and go breakfast was convenient as we left both days to tour Portland which is a short drive from hotel. Lots of eating and shopping choices close by. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful .

Our one night stay was wonderful. Hotel staff had excellent customer service, Our room was clean, comfortable, priced right, In good location with the airport and the grab and go breakfast was just what we needed. King size bed was comfortable, extra pillows and large screen TV were a plus. If in the area in the future we will book it again.

The hotel is in a good location, near conveniences. Since it was a visit to see family, we only used it for sleep time. Consequently, we did not use the pool or sauna or exercise facilities available to us. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the Keurig actually worked in this hotel! Desk staff was courteous and helpful. Having fresh brewed coffee and a granola bar, available in the lobby, to start the morning was pleasant. The only drawback was that our room faced the interstate and the walls were not a soundproof as I would have liked. Overall, it was a good stay.
