Cm Mallorca Palace - Only Adults

On arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff and offered a welcome drink! Great customer service from the get go! The decor and smell of the reception area was beautiful and very clean. Our room (3109) was very clean and spacious with a balcony and view of the gardens/pool. The only downside was the beds were uncomfortable and the room was very stuffy when the A/C was turned off. I called reception regarding this and was advised the A/C had been turned off for the season. This was disappointing. The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful. The sun loungers were very comfortable and plenty to choose from. Food and drink from the pool bar was very reasonably priced. We also used the lovely indoor pool and sauna/steam room. The hotel also offers massages at a reasonable price. We stayed on a half board basis and both breakfast and dinner was lovely and there was always plenty choice. At breakfast time, Amanda was always very welcoming and cooked omelettes etc in front of you. At dinner time, a variety of meats / fish could be chosen and again cooked fresh by Amanda. The tables were attractively set and there was an option to sit outdoors too, which was nice. There was entertainment at 2100 hours each evening and this was very enjoyable. Our personal favourite was Clave! We used the public bus and travelled to Manacor where we visited the Rafa Nadal museum...highly recommend. For tennis fans, there is a tennis club across the road from the hotel. This is called Sunball tennis. We played here for 20 euro per hour. This hotel is set in a quiet resort and is perfect for those wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Sa Coma beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend to others. If the bed had been comfier and the AC on... we would have given a 5* review.

Had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Without doubt the hotel staff are its biggest asset, all are very hardworking and always smiling and polite. The hotel itself is beautifully elegant and spotlessly clean, smells amazing! The entertainment can be a little hit and miss, depending I guess on your taste, loved the Alicia Keyes tribute. Great breakfast choices and usually something to suit everyone at dinner. Food at the pool bar is excellent, great portion sizes. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and we look forward very much to our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at CM Mallorca palace. We stayed half board for 6 nights. The hotel is kept immaculately clean as are the rooms, maid service everyday. The pool area is quiet and relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast and dinner was amazing lots of choice and always lovely and fresh. With a chef to cook meat for you as you desire. We also enjoyed some snacks from the pool snack bar while we were here and they were also lovely! Cocktails very nice too.. especially the strawberry daiquiri 😋. The location of the hotel is excellent just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We didn’t get a bus but there is a bus stop on the road outside the hotel If you wanted to venture out. This was our first visit to sa coma and this hotel and we loved every second and we will 10000% be returning to this hotel. Thank you for the best week

Lovely hotel, great amenities and really helpful and friendly staff. Great food in the breakfast and dinner buffets and good value for money. Very relaxing pool area, we had a ground floor room and we really enjoyed our stay here. Short walk to the beach and seafront where there are nice restaurants, cafés and bars.

We stayed four nights at the Mallorca Palace. Really nice hotel with lovely welcoming staff. Very warm welcome with drink on arrival and room was great. Kept very clean each day. The buffet in the evening was easily the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Totally outstanding.

Good, big, clean hotel and very good staff. Perfect breakfast and dinner. Big rooms, cold pool. Some min from beach. Near bus station, mini market. 10 min way from hotel to big supermarket. Live music every evening, sometimes and for breakfast.
