Some of the receptionist staff there should be retrained. Most of them are very unprofessional, and have confrontational attitude. The bed sheets were stained. The door to the room isn't able to close, I brought it to the receptionist’s attention, and they promised it would be fixed but never came to fix it- which poses a major security hazard. Gratuity is demanded by some staff in order to receive any basic assistance.

The areas of the hotel is safe for a country like Haiti at this time where gangs are everywhere. I was able to walk in the area and go to club and restaurant without using a car.

Great customer service.very friendly and helpful staff. Yet for that price hotel needs some improvement.cable tv not even clear image.i think this hotel should have at least satellite tv.fridge does not even get cold
