Het eerste wat ons opviel is dat de accomodatie rondom het zwembad nog mooier is in het echt dan op de foto's! De sfeer is zeer ontspannen, heel gezinsvriendelijk en toch rustig! Het eten heeft heerlijke gezonde opties en de bediening is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en grappig! Kamers worden goed schoongemaakt en elke dag schone badlakens. Al met al ontzettend fijn hier!

Een fantastische Finca, gebouwd in de 13de eeuw, je gaat terug in de tijd. Kamers, sfeervol, comfortabele bedden, schoon en het eten is fantastisch!! Raul de ober was zeer vriendelijk en entertaining!! Ook mijn therapeutische massage bij Marcelo was super!! Hier komen we zeker weer terug!

Een verblijf om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Mooi verblijf in een rustige omgeving. Goeie uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Raul doet er alles aan om je thuis te laten voelen en werkt vol passie

Een mooi opgezet hotel wat gelegen is in het landelijk Mallorca. Alles is goed georganiseerd en het welkom is hartelijk met een glas Cava. Het complex is overzichtelijk met een mooie tuin met prachtig groot en schoon zwembad. Daarnaast zijn er nog voorzieningen binnen, zwembad, Turks stoombad, sauna, massage yacuzzi en een fitness ruimte met apparatuur. Ontbijt is prima, aan tafel opgediend ivm COVID. Ook diner is goed. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten en de wijnkaart is ook niet verkeerd. Kamer (rustiek) is mooi en schoon. Prima badkamer met bad/douche. Voor ons persoonlijk was het matras van ons bed wat aan de harde kant. Een topper had hier niet misstaan. Airco op de kamer maakt wat veel geluid en het wordt ook niet heel erg fris op de kamer. Maar we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met dank aan de vriendelijke medewerkers van het hotel. Niks te klagen dus.

We've just returned from having our daughter's wedding in Sa Bassa... absolutely wonderful venue. Traditional Spanish finca which was so relaxing from the moment you drive up the palm lined entrance road. Guests had various rooms, all of which were beautiful. Used pools and spa facilities... excellent. What actually made the wedding so perfect were the fantastic staff who were just so helpful and made us feel so special... I don't know all their names but a very special thank you to Raul, the manager...el mejor! Also Silvio and Alex. Everyone was just fantastic! We were treated like friends from the moment we arrived to when we left. Certainly intend to return.

Super, great service, very friendly staff. An ideal place to disconnect! We have enjoyed a wonderful day with drinks, spa, lunch and coffee… and afterwards a pleasant bike ride through the countryside. I would really recommend it. We didn’t stay overnight but we will be back and hopefully soon.

The setting of this hotel is lovely , the staff, the grounds, pool and buildings are excellent. We knew the hotel was dog friendly but were surprised and disappointed at how many guests had dogs during our stay. The main issue for us with the dogs is that their owners had to bring them to dinner with them every evening and on one occasion a guest had the dog sitting on her whilst she fed it at the table from one of the restaurant plates, surely this should be unacceptable and be seen as a hygiene risk. Overall, the hotel was really nice and we enjoyed our stay but would think twice about a return simply because of the issue with dogs.

Visited with grown up Family, beautiful authentic rustic resort in a remote area of central SE of island, ideally located for explore many beautiful little towns and ports. The resort is a lovely place to relax and recover, very peaceful. Room was spacious, basic but comfortable, cool & had everything we needed. Spa & Pool areas are lovely and mostly blissfully quiet, perfect for chilling with a book(tho some children appeared on our last few days which changed the dynamic.) We we’re half board, a good variety at breakfast, with champagne on offer, dinner was a limited menu but very pleasing local dishes, and for the fussy diner they offered a pasta/chicken & fries type meal if nothing was suiting. Evening entertainment(pianist)was provided on a few evenings. We had an amazing holiday, there’s no glossy marble foyer or gilded bath tubs but the staff are 1st class, each & everyone exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

We booked a suite for a family of 3 and there was plenty of room for us all. What a beautiful place to stay, it did not disappoint. All very clean, totally peaceful and fabulous service. A car I think is essential if you stay here for more than a few days as it allows you to get out and about easily and discover the beautiful countryside and villages/towns. The food is great, may get a little repetitive at lunchtime especially for young kids…that said the team at the hotel are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Look forward to a return visit…didn’t really want to leave!
