Fantastisch hotel. De service is uitstekend, vriendelijk personeel en niets is te veel. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk. Alles wordt bereid waar je bij bent. Het diner is voortreffelijk,elke dag weer anders en je kunt zo veel nemen als je zelf wilt. De kamers zijn netjes en compleet, goede bedden en 'n mooie badkamer. Wij hadden al vroeg in het jaar geboekt, dus nog vóór er werdt gesproken over de energie, maar daar was in het hotel niets van te merken. Je kon elk moment van de dag douchen zo lang als je wilt en in het restaurant was er ook niets van te merken. Vanuit het hotel loop je in een paar minuten naar de zee en binnen 20 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum van Porec. Er is ruim voldoende parkeer ruimte. Kortom 'n fantastische vakantie gehad.

Laten we positief beginnen, 2 sterren voor: de housekeeping, om de dag nieuwe handdoeken, bed verschoond, prullenbakken geleegd. De douche straal was hard. De airco was koud, helemaal super. Ook kun je elke dag schone handdoeken halen bij receptie/zwembad. Toch nooit meer dit hotel voor ons. De foto's zijn gewoon bedrieglijk. Het zwembad is een stuk kleiner dan op de foto's, ook het strand is een stuk kleiner. Bedjes bij het strand kosten 30 kuna voor de hele dag. Of je nou all in hebt of niet. Treintje naar Porec kost 20 kuna per persoon, in de reviews staat alleen nergens dat wij het derde hotel zijn waar het treintje stopt, wat als oorzaak heeft dat het treintje 9/10x al helemaal vol zit. Ik en mijn vriend moesten daardoor altijd verspreid zitten, kan me voorstellen dat het voor een gezin van 4 al helemaal niet te doen is... Het eten is basic, ontbijt komt je neus uit na 5 dagen, yoghurt is water dun. Het avond eten vonden wij prima voor All-in begrippen. Snap niks van alle positieve reviews. Er staat nergens aangegeven dat er veel trappen zijn in het hotel, voor ons geen probleem, maar heb meerdere ouders met kinderwagens zien tillen en zelfs iemand met een handicap op krukken de trappen op en af zien gaan, waarom staat dit zo slecht aangegeven?! De basic kamer is enorm klein, 2 koffers kun je bijna niet kwijt. Geen koelkast/vriezer. Verder zoeken wij altijd onze hotels uit op een groot zwembad, om handdoekje leggen te voorkomen. De eerste 5 dagen hadden wij dingen gepland dus het was niet nodig om aan het zwembad te liggen, daarna is aan het zwembad liggen echt een must want in die hitte (38gr in de zon) moet je gewoon afkoelen. Bij het zwembad liggen is alleen een optie als je om 7:55 in de rij gaat staan met je handdoekje om vervolgens om 8:00 een bedje te reserveren. Verschrikkelijk.

Just returned from a two week holiday here. The hotel is in a lovely secluded complex away from the beaten track. There isn’t a lot to do at this hotel which is what we both wanted. The hotel is spotless clean and a credit goes to all the house cleaning people. On arrival our room was ready I paid €5 for a fridge well worth it and €3 for a safe. Rooms: the rooms are small very compact. There are no drawers. Beds were comfy and towels changed daily . There are no coffee making facilities we brought our own so not a problem. Go for the rooms 279-283 sun on balcony until 8pm . Bathroom tiny but great shower. Restaurant: food was one of the best we stayed in always had plenty and the added bonus of drinks included with evening meals. Pool: towels provided but some sun lounger cushions from supermarket €16 well with it. Pool was cold to get in but the weather being so hot it was a welcoming. Bar: €4 a beer same price as pubs Location: There is nothing by the hotel . The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk good prices. You can catch the little train to go into Porec for €3 from outside hotel well with a visit and definitely a ice cream. Entertainment: Not catered for English . This hotel is prominently German didn’t bother us only spoke to 6 other English people whilst we were there. The grounds of the hotel are kept clean and spotless . Now sorry couple of negatives. There is no access for anyone with a disability no ramps or pushchair access. Lots of steps . Salad bar awful . Needs more variety We had a wonderful chilled out two weeks and with out a heartbeat will definitely return.

Beautiful position easy walk into Porec one side the Adriatic the other beautiful wood setting. Small train ride if walk to far (3€ each way, seemed popular) Hotel spotless, we had room overlooking the front which had blinds on the exterior of the window for privacy, but made room a little oppressive. Book a room with pool or garden view would be our recommendation unless you're not really bothered! (Price obviously cheaper) Everything available for families 5 mins away, tennis, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards etc etc! Food was pretty average could have been a little more varied one consultation drinks wine, beer and pops all inclusive! Would recommend and will definitely go again! Be careful if using cafe in reception if you don't give the correct money you may not see your change, we thought a 7€ tip excessive for two coffees and a toastie on arrival, obviously hubby asked and got it returned! Otherwise have a great time setting is stunning 😍

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and thank them very much for the upgrade on arrival. The hotel is in a great location, lots of walks through the woods and along the sea path. The food was plentiful and understandable geared towards the Germans or other Europeans as British residents not as prolific. The only slight issue was the steps to different areas of the hotel as we could see older residents struggling, especially from the reception area to the lifts which included a set of steps. The hotel was absolutely spotless and all of the staff we interacted with were lovely.

The positives are that everywhere is very clean, linen changed part way through the week. Negatives outweighed for me though. Rooms relatively small, I was a solo traveller so OK. Shower room very small with a tiny wash basin as you would probably find in an under stairs WC. Evening meal very poor. Watery soup, chewy dry meat, cold tinned vegetables. Health and Safety around the pool is none existent. No opening and closing times, no indicators of depth and whether safe to dive or not, no life saving equipment

Love this hotel! It’s so light and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good food selection of different meats, fish and vegetables but also pizza and pasta. The free drinks are also a bonus! It’s an amazing location perfect for a family holiday as there are lots to do for children such as bike hire, mini golf, pedalos ect.. I would say it is amazing for a 3 star hotel. You can always get a sun bed round the pool and it has a very relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were very clean, light and modern with good views on the back of the pool and sea. It is a 15-20 minuite walk in to porec along the coastline with a few bars and restaurants along the way but there is also a little train which you can get from bus stop Brulo for €2 or outside the hotel for €4 if you don’t want to walk. There are eco taxis available also. I would highly reccomend and we will definitely be back!

I wanted a nice evening cocktail and after waiting 1h for someone to take the order no one came. I was next to the bar on a sofa and workers clearly saw me sitting there without a drink but none came to take the order. In general the hotel has no accessibility for families with little kids ...pool area is slippery all the time and the smaller pulle has rocks and dirt inside on the floor. Beach close to the hotel is dirty and only good thing is the food
