Looking for a place to spend the night while visiting a friend. Room space is up to standard and the hygiene is at par. One hiccup is during check-in, the hotel system indicated that I need to settle payment upon arrival, but in fact I have already paid up in advance. The front desk (sorry I have not asked his name) was helpful enough to sort out the problem and settled it in 5 minutes time.

The room was very cold. I told the reception desk they said they would reset it which they did but it took hours for it to warm up, then when it finally warmed up the unit turnt itself off. The bathroom was also very cold as it had no radiator and the water was barely lukewarm. The sound proofing wasn't great I could hear someone snoring all night. Breakfast was lukewarm, the scrammed and fried eggs were dried out, normally tge breakfast is yummy. The location isn't brilliant Holes Bay is better. I've stayed in lots of Premier Inns and never had any complaints.

Nice hotel with great staff, had excellent service. Everything was very clean and well organised. Staff was very nice and helpfull, really liked the look of the bar. Room were very looked after, nice and clean. I felt really good here, will definetly come back.

Really good stay, we were looked after very well by Michelle in breakfast and chef Mark they are doing an amazing job, diner dat just as good , Rooms are well looked after and it feel nice and clean Thank you guys we will come and vopsit you again.

My wife and I have just returned from a weekend at this premier Inn. Really enjoyed it,loved the lay out and the room was so comfy. Staff were fantastic and helpful. We WILL be back for sure! Probably bring our granddaughter as well. You have been warned! Haha

The company I work for have a business account with Premier Inn. I practically stay at them for a living. I stayed for 1 night and had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The new layout and room were lovely. But what is making me write this review was the level of service I received from the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I gave my feedback to one member of staff, who kindly provided the names of all the people I interacted with: Rob, Ester, Dorcas, and Karen. 10/10. Best Premier Inn location I’ve stayed at.

Terrible road noise constantly, UPVC windows need replacing urgently. Room heater making constant clicking noises even tho it was turned off. Terrible WIFI even tho access points are every 5 metres outside of rooms. WHITBREAD sort it out, there has been a new upgrade to the WiFi with Virgin and it’s worse. Good shower presssure.

We use premier inns quite a bit and this is the reason consistency you always sleep well the beds are always comfortable the staff are usually friendly and on this occasion that was the case. parking easy and free and it was good value for money

Basic accommodation. Room clean enough but they don’t clean the room or replenish towels unless you specifically state this to reception. Restaurant and bar is completely filled with construction workers every night and the car park cram packed with white vans. You’ll be lucky to find a space. Would be ok for an overnight pit stop to get your head down, but not appropriate for a business trip.
