Fabulous experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and the layout was well-planned, as it's not a large property. The rooms offer plenty of space and had us feeling like we were truly on vacation. Beautiful amenities include a pool, Turkish bath, and a hydrotherapy spa. Quality wifi connection and generally close to the center of Pompei. Some reviews noted this hotel was "in the middle of nowhere"... hardly the case. It was a 1.0 km walk to our amazing dinner at Kalma and a 1.6 km walk to the center of town through gorgeous landscapes on a road with no traffic. They have a lovely dog named Dea on premise; she followed us to dinner and laid by our feet the whole meal, then led us to a wedding party celebration. Her owner and manager of the hotel picked us up in his car around midnight; it was an amazing night. You couldn't write this stuff. We were even offered local tours through the hotel and information on nearby experiences and wineries. It was fun, authentic, full of love, laughter, and excitement... this kind of place and experience is exactly what you come to Italy for, it's why people fall in love with the people and the culture. Thank you, and so well done!

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I stayed here with my family and had the best experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Ambiente pulito confortevole ,personale gentilissimo e professionale. Molto apprezzati la musica di sottofondo in camera e l aperitivo di benvenuto sempre in camera.Consiglio vivamente e da ritornarci alla prima occasione. IMMA 77 SORRENTO

Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale,davvero gentili,educati e molto disponibili. Camera spaziosa,molto pulita con giornaliero cambio di asciugamani. Un po fuori dal centro ma cin taxi sempre disponibili. Ottimo soggiorno

Ospitalità, disponibilità e gentilezza sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono il personale dell' albergo. Tutti hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre richieste. Camera bella, spaziosa, comoda e pulita. Biancheria cambiata giornalmente. Colazione con prodotti locali di pasticceria buonissimi. Una menzione particolare per Dea la mascotte dell'albergo.

Ho soggiornato quasi un mese al Pompei Valley a seguito di una trasferta per lavoro, ma l'atmosfera famigliare che si respira all'interno non mi ha mai fatto sentire la nostalgia di casa. La stanza che ho occupato era bellissima, elegante, curata e ben pulita ed io mi sono sempre sentito un ospite speciale e molto coccolato. Buonissima la colazione ed ottimo il servizio ristorante che permette di mangiare squisiti e svariati piatti. Al Pompei Valley non ho solo trovato un personale attento, educato e cordiale ma delle persone straordinarie che mi resteranno nel cuore.

L'albergo Pompei Valley la prima volta lo scoperto su un inserzione su fb, e da lì sono 4 anni che ci vado, i proprietari gentilissimi e cortesi ti fanno sentire a tuo agio. Staff molto attento e gentile, ti accontentano sempre🥰 x la pulizia è il top, camere,piscina, bagni sempre puliti, struttura pulitissima e x me meritano 10 stelle. Anche i ragazzi alla reception sono attenti e professionali pronti ad accoglierti nel migliore dei modi❤️ Quest anno sono stata 2 settimane li e sono rinata perché il percorso idroterapico fa bene alla circolazione e se vuoi la pace dei sensi al pompey valley dovete andare ❤️ dopo 4 anni posso dire che il Pompei valley è la mia seconda casa perché li mi sono sentita come a casa mia. MERITATE 10 STELLE. GRAZIE DI CUORE DI TUTTO, UN ABBRACCIO A TUTTI VOI, A PRESTO ❤️
