老城區整個範圍不大，飯店位於老城區的起點，步行逛街容易。

Bonjour
j'ai fait une réservation sur le cite internet TRIP.COM le 30 octobre 2022 ( https://fr.trip.com/hotels/ViewOrder/16706658353?locale=fr-FR ). On me confirme par mail ,5 minute après , je reçois l'annulation de ma réservation.
J'attend toujours le remboursement de 98,31 euros

地理位置的確很方便，餐館比較多。
酒店樓下就有麪包房和大超市，早餐沒有必要在酒店吃。
酒店總體稱不上4星，最多3星，房間隔音不是很好。前台服務不好，缺少4星該有的專業性和禮貌服務。

Leuk hotel midden in het centrum. Kamer wat aan de kleine kant, stonden veel spullen in. Airco en koelkast werkten niet optimaal. Uitzicht was op wat lage daken, met wat flessen en blikjes. Badkamer netjes en schoon, prettig dat het toilet apart was. Centrum leuk en levendig. Helaas was de parkeergarage van het hotel vol en moesten we uitwijken naar een openbare garage die dag en nacht toegankelijk is voor iedereen. Deze garage lag wel vlakbij het hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Poitiers. The staff were helpful (they reserved a taxi for us). The breakfast was plentiful with lots of options of cheeses, yogurt, breads, eggs and meats. The bed was comfortable and large enough (nice king size). We would stay there again if we visit Poitiers again.

The room and service was exceptional. I have been staying in hotels for the last 3 weeks and this was easily the best hotel that i have stayed in. Comfortable, clean and modern.
Everything was perfect 12/10!

This hotel is in the centre of Poitiers and is within a few minutes walk of many bars and restaurants. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and the bus stops closer.
I stayed here as my husband was in hospital following a serious car crash (the local hospital is amazing). The reception staff were so kind and helpful. Twice I needed photocopying done in order to complete the travel insurance requirements and reception happily did this for me. All the reception staff I met are fluent in English.
The hotel is well presented and cared for, very clean with great staff throughout.
I never had breakfast, so I cannot comment on this.
The area is lovely with a choice of shops, restaurants, little supermarkets, bars and touristy things to see. The location is fab to explore on foot. I noticed parking by the hotel, but did not use this.
I would stay here again.
