Onderweg naar onze vakantiebestemming hebben we hier een last minute overnachting geboekt, in het hotel zelf. We hadden echt enorm veel geluk met de goed Engels sprekende medewerker. We waren met 6 personen en we konden nog één 4-persoons kamer en één 2-persoons kamer boeken. Hele leuke, schone, vrolijke kamers en prima bedden. Kamer was voorzien van douche en toilet en voldoende opbergruimte. Het ontbijt was beneden in de ruime ontbijtzaal. Er was koffie, cappuccino, thee enz. maar ook verse (echte verse!) jus d'orange; verschillende soorten yoghurt en ontbijtgranen, (stok)broodjes, croissantjes, chocoladebroodjes en verschillende soorten beleg waaronder lekkere Franse kaasjes. Kortom; prima hotel met voldoende voorzieningen, een fijn ontbijtbuffet en zeer vriendelijke personeel!

We stayed at the Ibis Styles Hotel at the beginning of December 2024. Our room was so cold, 15.7 degrees! We contacted the hotel reception who said that they would turn up the heating - it got to 16 degrees. A second visit to reception to the rude man there and we were informed that there was nothing else to be done. We requested a portable heater but this was denied and so we had to resort to trying to heat the room with the hairdryer! I contacted ********** who I had booked the room with and they directly spoke to the hotel who again declined to turn up the heating. We were very cold if had not been possible to use the shower as it is just so uncomfortable. We contacted Accor Hotels who apologised for our uncomfortable stay and promised that Ibis Styles Poiters Nord would contact us directly. We have heard nothing!

Our stay at ibis Styles Hotel Poitiers Nord would have been good apart from the fact that our room was a very uncomfortable 16 degrees. Two visits to reception to talk to a very unhelpful and unfriendly male receptionist resulted in absolutely nothing - apparently he could do nothing and wasn’t willing to try and find a portable heater. No chance of a room change so all in all a very miserable stay. I won’t be using Ibis Hotels again.

Room quite dirty. Hotel really needs a complete revamp. Breakfast poor and evening meal very expensive. Fortunately a restaurant opposite was very good. Will not stay in this Ibis again although we like this chain and stay regularly on our trips between our two homes in Spain and the UK. The staff were friendly and helpful

Good stopover for us. Spacious room with walk-in shower and comfortable bed.. Excellent breakfast choice plus we could have had an evening meal if required. Car parking spaces were also plentiful. If in the area again would definitely use this hotel.

The welcome was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant was good and the service very professional. It was easy to find, not far from the motorway and Futuroscope and it has good parking. The town of Poitiers has a good pedestrianised area with nice shops and good underground parkings.
