Seaside Sands Inn

Worst experience parking is a scam I have to pay 40 dollars for one night looks like the they have business whit next door parking lot beware they do rude they told me is my problem rooms no in the best shape I wish read more reviews no good period people was playing music loud at 1 am.

Very clean, owner was accommodating and polite and made parking easy. Room was beautiful and clean and functioning in all capacities air etc…I will be staying here again and I can’t wait to invite some friends to stay as well. Thank you for making a trip down the shore a successful one!

The price was very resonable for the location and quality of this motel. The owners were very, nice, personable, and hands on. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing, just a couple blocks from the middle of the beach and near a lot of nice restaurant choices just off of it.

The owners are fantastic. Room was clean, close to the beach. They were extremely accommodating to myself and my family. I'd definitely return! It's right across from the beach and the room was flawless for what we needed. Parking is easy and convenient. And not loud at all.

My family had a trip planned to Seaside Sands Inn at the end of August. Unfortunately, due to extreme flooding in our hometown, the airport was shut down, and we were unable to catch our flight to New Jersey. I called the hotel right away to explain to them the severity of the situation, and that there was no way that we would get to our destination in time. We considered driving to NJ and adjusting our reservation, but the owner of the hotel did not respond to us in a timely manner; and therefore, we were concerned to leave town with no guaranteed place to stay. When we finally were able to talk to the manager, she was very understanding of the situation, but she said that her superior would not allow us to adjust our reservation, cancel and refund us for our reservation, or credit us for a stay in the future. I understood that the Inn has a cancellation policy; however, Michigan was under a STATE OF EMERGENCY due to the flooding, and it would have been the KIND thing to do to work with us as a family to come up with a compromise. Every other company (both big and small), was understanding of the situation and offered us a refund with no issues. They expressed their concern for our state that was in crisis due to the extreme weather, and invited us back in the future. I wish Seaside Sands Inn would have done the same. From reading the other reviews now, it sounds like the owner cares more about the money than the actual business. What a shame!

Had came to the hotel late at night with some friends and right away after we called the managers came in and let us check in. The rooms had 2 beds cleaned a working tv and a nice shower. It did really good

Good location, nicely updated. Booked thru *********** and then I called. I was given free parking but when I checked in the front woman questioned me and said you used *********** do how did u speak to someone. I always call the hotel I book prior to booking it. Then we took luke warm showers. I let the front desk know and the next day she said someone went up there and it was warm enough. It wasn’t warm enough and what about customer service. It’s too bad because I would book this hotel again. Also we paid for parking at the lot next door because the lot is very tight at the hotel. Honestly paying for parking did not both me.

This hotel is gully renovated with standing showers, it has quad bunk bed rooms that fit almost 10 people. We had two families visit and it is amazing. The beds were super comfortable. They spared no money to renovate this place. The service was scarce but good.

Wanted to give a review as there are alot of good/bad options in the area. They were renovating the hotel, it will be pretty nice when finished. Large parking lot next door is $15 for overnight parking. Small bathrooms. Free internet/netflix smart tv. Overall not a bad place to stay that is walking distance to the boardwalk.
