Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Charles, MO

Clean and spacious suites in a very quiet location on Main Street in Saint Charles. The covered underground parking was much appreciated on a rainy night. Situated right on the Missouri river, with quick access behind the hotel to a walking path along the shore.

There was a hiccup with being booked into the same room as another family but we were able to get that fixed and figured out. The staff was SUPER nice and all around amazing!

Check in was easy and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was scrumptious. Couldn’t ask for more!

The front of the hotel, architectural style and cobblestone streets were interesting and unique, but little details kept us from a better rating overall. One Front Desk staff person each upon arrival and departure...but both very personable and efficient. On the negative side, not enough covered parking, didn't have assurance car was safe, no security personnel visible. The view out our window was pretty bad due to dirty windows and also obstructed view due to windows having permanent foggy moisture between dual glass, needing cleaning or replacement. The window treatments were dusty and triggered allergy symptoms. The bedding was adequate, but we were glad we brought our own pillows. Overall the rooms were adequate as well, but nothing that wowed us throughout the entire stay. Would probably choose another hotel upon return to area.

The stay was great Convenient commute to St. Louis Breakfast was nice with lots of options for the family Kids friendly with convenient parking The pool was a little cold, wasn’t much fun for my kids to swim in Otherwise a great experience

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They offered suggestions about things to do and were so pleasant with every interaction! The facility is beautiful! Our room was clean and comfortable! We were able to walk the Streets of Old St. Charles from the hotel. Parking was a tad tricky when we arrived back late Saturday, but that didn't deter us. We will definitely plan another visit when we are in town for a future dance competition!

Our room was just plain out nasty! We were told we couldn't get another room. I found 3 white pills in our chair in the room. They turned out to be Vicodin 7.5. I can't belive we can't get a refund or something for having to deal with all this? Oh yeah we also have a 4 year old son. Luckily I found those pills before him.

Great area near the historic downtown. Staff is excellent. Nice breakfast options. Rooms are not quiet if that’s an issue - neighbors above us were up very late and up early so sleep was interrupted

The receptionist was extremely polite and sweet. Breakfast was served adequately and it was hot. A lot of variety. I am very pleased
