terrible, my kid’s eyes got infected after playing at the water park. Water is dirty. Not recommended. Waited three hours after check-in for our rooms to be ready.

Very bad service , nobody picks up the phone for services, sone of the water slide are not workung and the place is snall and boaring, also the rkd some of the macine does not work

Disappointed with the resort's value for money. Numerous unexpected charges, lack of transparency in pricing, and attempts to charge different amounts than disclosed. Not recommended; better options available.

Very expensive food. Staff are not kind/nice as they used to be. Very noisy at night, we couldn’t sleep. Our third time here I am not sure if we will be back…

Great place to stay with the family. The arcade, waterpark, shows for kids keeps them busy. Snow tubing is a lot of fun.

Food is terrible, very little options for someone with a dairy restriction. The games in the arcade are half broken, half outdated. Restrooms in the water park are freezing cold.

It was a terrible experience. We got snowed in and hot there a day late. I did let them know and yet they still cancelled my reservation. They did not fix it for me. I had to fo it all over again. We wanted to make reservations for skiing and we had to go to 3 different places they did not know hao to book it. Same happened with snowboarding classes. For check out the tv checkout was not working and I still have not received my bill yet. In general the information about the services was terrible.

Our check in went so so. I somehow left my id at home which is needed but they did help me. Our first room was not finished being cleaned so the moved us. The indoor pool was awsome my kids are college aged and really enjoyed it. We did snow tubing the employees could use some work on knowledge about their jobs. Ask same questions to multiple employees got all different answers. Also the employees are not rude but not friendly. I just feel they are an extension of your brand they should represent better. Overall not awful enough to not try again. The buffet breakfast was good and the waitress was so nice.
