Klein hotel, weinig boutique aan. Ligt wel leuk aan een rivier en op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeren is echt een groot probleem. Hotel was zeker schoon, bediening niet echt vriendelijk. Ze waren te druk met het restaurant. Plentzia is niet een echt leuk dorpje, heel rommelig en vies. Ze zijn in het dorp flink aan het verbouwen, dus ik kan mij voorstellen dat het over 10 jaar een modern leuk dorp is geworden. Oh ja, en waarom liggen er toch altijd van die plastic moltons op een bed, alsof ik continue incontinent ben. Alsof je met die bloedhitte op een luier ligt. Vraag 5 euro meer voor een kamer en vernieuw de matrassen 1 x per jaar.

I love the Bahía de Plencia because of its beauty and convenient location in the town of Plencia. My room had a lovely river view, a spacious bedroom with a large screen TV, a bathroom with a very powerful shower, and plenty of room in the closet. The metro stop is only 8 minutes away, as well as the local supermarket, multiple restaurants and beauty salons. The personnel was friendly and efficient. I am definitely going back.

Can’t say enough good about Bahia Boutique! Wonderful attentive service—from helping us store our bikes to opening our byo wine bottle and insisting we put it in an ice bucket they furnished! Lovely clean room comfy bed nice bathroom. We will be back for sure!

We were so fortunate to reserve this hotel for our stay. Close, but out of Bilbao, easy metro into Bilbao, easy free parking (well, this time of year), and the hotel was the best place for breakfast and evening snacks.
A great location, staff and clean, quiet rooms.

The restaurant Hotel Boutique Bahía de Plentzia offers the opportunity to eat close to the Ria, with magnificent view over the boats, water and hills. The terrace is the best place during the summer time. Nice food, very efficient service, especially Gabi, and the most important - quality food at reasonable prices. Tuna, octopus or a big variety of seafood and meat, with the touch of local cousin.

Conveniently located, and extremely friendly staff. Lady who checked us in at midnight was extremely efficient and nice. I think her name is Ima.
Overall, pleasant stay of 4 nights.

Had to find someone to check us in. Once found, friendly gentleman and fast check in. Wait staff speaks limited English. Used translation app which helped. Restaurant menus varied and we’re hard to interpret. Limited free offsite parking. Though, nearby, we were lucky to find one of the last two spots when we arrived. Not a lot within walking distance.
