Convenient location as is connected to the shopping mall.
Self paid parking at RM5 per day, i.e paid RM10 for 1 night stay.
Aircon not cold inside the room even when temperature settings are at the lowest.
Pillows are too soft for our liking.

I would definitely come back, the location the space and the breakfast buffet is plus for me. so many choices, the bad side only is the room temperature, its not sooo cold though its already 11 degrees, tsk!

The hotel is clean and location is very good. It's easily accessible to the mall.
The staffs are helpful & nice. We enjoyed our drinks at the lounge on the 28th floor. It offers nice panoramic view of its surrounding.

Very good location with a large shopping mall next to the hotel with shops and restaurants. Swimming pool at the top floor has a great view.

This is the second time I’m staying in St Giles Southkey within a month. Simply love its location because of the Midvalley Southkey mall which is just a stone throw away.
The room has always been neat n clean during check in and the bed is spacious enough to accommodate my 6y.o boy with me n my wife.
Overall, other than the hotel buffet breakfast, I have all the good things to mention about the hotel.
Will certainly be back to stay in this hotel!

Location is great, within the mall itself. Super convenient especially when you’re planning a late night out watching movies. Breakfast was included with a decent spread. Parking is convenient and affordable. New Nanyang Kopi shop just opened.

Finally checked out this much talk about hotel. Overall ok and comparable to staying in Holiday Inn beside City Square. Only real perk to me is the relative newness even though signs of Aging already visible. You will probably need to bear with hordes of Singaporeans. Queue for breakfast (nothing to shout about) is scary even at so called ‘less sought after hours’. Room is comfortable with nice open space views. Didn’t try pool as always crowded. Roof top bar was disappointing as it was noisy with karaoke beside and concurrently playing loud music - with the disco lights flashing around - is there an over stimulation of senses? Menu has no cocktail options and when asked was shown something on a WhatsApp messaging (and even so the drink we wanted was ‘not available’). I think you have some room to improve St Giles. The mall is great - I’ll come back just cos the mall is so easy within reach.
