This is my third time staying here, and this was a let down from the other times. First of all I made a special request when I made my reservation and I received email confirmation that it was taken care of. When I checked in, what I got was the exact opposite of what I requested. On my 2nd night the elevator was broken and so was the washer & dryer. Also, I was charged for parking although I arrived via Uber. My key did not work on the side door, so I had to enter through the main lobby each time although my room was at the far end near the side door and stairs. I woke up 3 or 4 times during the night because my motion light came on and I had to get up to turn it off. That's the light that comes on automatically when you first enter the room - I'm not sure why it came on in the middle of the night when no one was moving. Speaking of lights ... The bright spot was the front desk staff. They made everything right and they were friendly and welcoming.
