Try not to eat pizza. Beautiful place, little complicated when you go with someone on a wheelchair due to the altimetry of the place, very good service with the car specifically for wheelchair transportation, however, sometimes we had to wait too much time. The pizza restaurant and the pizza itself was awful.

There are people identified as employees that try to help you but trying to sell you additional packages. The food was good, but not a lot of options.

Not much outdoor sesting by the pool area, outdated rooms. Transportation is limited with the cars they have coming around to take you through the property.

The property location is great. However, the facilities are dated. No phone, no wifi or hot water in rooms. Moving from room to main facilities requires a hike uphill or a shuttle service which is spotty. The staff smile and tell you that the rooms are not ready even past the check in time. All inclusive food is sub par and repetitive. Free drinks are good but watered down. Ice cream parlor is more like a hole in the wall with ice cream scooped out of buckets. Pizzeria wait times are ridiculous and the pizza is overly cheesy without much flavor. The 3 restaurants on property are good, especially Colibri. However the reservation system is unnecessarily complicated. The bumper cars can give you a concussion. Kids be warned. Only two work at a time. The pools are nice. But lacking shade and seating options. Overall, I would give it a C-

The All-Inclusive resort has very limited dining options and short staffed. Unlike other resorts, you have to carry your luggage to your room which is on a steep downhill. There is only one Buffet restaurant which has less than 20 menu items. There are 2 other small restaurants with seating limited to 15-20 folks and you need to stand in line from 9 am to book a spot. And these restaurants are nothing like what you would fine in Riu palace, etc. I wouldn't recommend this to tourists. This is mainly a spot for the locals and the food and the entertainment is geared towards locals.

Terrible experience! I would not stay here again even if offered for free. The property manager Alejandro is extremely rude. He does not desrve to be in the hospitality business. Everywhere else in Costa Rica people were so friendly and helpful except this guy. The place is very run down. Internet does not work in the rooms. Food is very substandard. Same food everyday. You can not just walk from your room to the pools/restaurant becuase it is a very steep slope and far away. So you need to wait for a shuttle every time. In order to make a dinner reservation at one of their tiny 2 restaurants onsite, you need to wait at the reception in person for atleast an hour - crazy system. Unlike many other places in Costa Rica, this place does not cater well to US/EU travellers. Take your money elsewhere.

Food was terrible, the same limited buffet selection all day. They have several "restaurants" with "special" menu but the food there is even worse than in the buffet. To make reservations to these restaurants guests have to wait in line starting at 9 am when it is prime time to be on the beach. They will only write your room number for reservations at 10 am even if you come at 8 am. Can't call or chat to make reservations. There is no wi- fi in the rooms. They say it is being fixed but it is just a fairy tale that never becomes reality. There are not enough beach chairs on the beach for the guests. The only good thing there is ocean. Definitely not worth the $ they charge for this place. We would not stay there again.

The Condovac was just okay—it has everything you need, but it’s lacking in many of the details that make an experience worth it. For example, the showers do not have hot (or even warm) water. Cold showers every night. Only two towels in the room and one washcloth for two people. The property is massive, so you either have to wait for a tram or walk a quarter mile up a steep hill to reach the food or pools. The tram would be fine except they don’t tell you there are two properties operating on the same grounds, and they have two different trams. We boarded the wrong one late at night when it was pitch black outside and they dropped us off on the other side of the grounds and would not take us back to where we needed to go, leaving us lost and confused. Also, there are children everywhere. If that’s your thing, then great. But I personally don’t want screaming kids EVERYWHERE while I’m on vacation. There are no adults-only, quiet areas, so there’s no escaping it. The room and food were adequate, but I wouldn’t go back again.
