Dit is een viersterrenhotel, maar er is een grote kloof tussen het en het vijfsterrenhotel. Allereerst is het all-inclusive. Het sinaasappelsap lijkt gemaakt te zijn van sinaasappelsappoeder. De variëteit aan eten is eenvoudig en er is geen zeevruchten. Het zwembad is niet groot. Ren rond en maak veel lawaai. De receptie is traag. Ik heb lang een kamer geboekt en kon het bestelnummer niet vinden. Ik moet lang wachten. De badkamer is ook erg klein en erg onhandig om te douchen. Het is slechts een paar honderd yuan verwijderd van het vijfsterrenhotel, maar de kloof is in alle opzichten nog steeds erg groot.

It's 15 min far from Yumbo centre but is ok. Enjoyed my stay there, although the complex is more for families with kids, but if you're solo is nice to have families and kids around to not get bored.

Chagrijnig personeel (niet allemaal gelukkig), veel dingen aan vervanging toe. Goedkoop ingericht. Alles heel gehoorig, net een kippenhok in het restaurant. Weinig variatie qua eten, eten koud of lauw en niet lekker. Geen 4 sterren waard. Zwembad water heel koud. Geen gezellige sfeer, zowel overdag als avond niet. Veel te veel hotelgasten voor een veel te klein restaurant en veel te klein zwembad/terras.

Busy hotel with a small pool and limited facilities. There is no hot pool available in winter. If your flight is in the evening, you can't use the all-inclusive facilities after check-out.
There is no towel service at the main pool; you have to go to the busy main reception to request a towel, which takes 20 minutes.
Limited food options for vegetarians; all main dishes include meat, and the choices for vegetarians remain the same every day.
The snack bar offers a limited selection, with options like burgers, sausages, and nuggets available all day.
Good points;
Animations and kids' parties were excellent, and the cleaning service was good.

Positive notes; good enough buffet, closeness to the dunes and the sea, good kids pool area (too cold to use though :( )
Negative; arrogant service at the reception. ”Can you clean our room? Yes. Why? 😂”, and other strange conflict seeking comments, never really had that in Spain ever before. Hotel is getting old, all tech is dated and you can feel it in the walls
For a small fee, you can consider this hotel for a 3 star minus minus experience, dont expect it to be anything vlose to Riu Palace, Lopesan Baobab or similar

Great hotel, certain things could be improved, too much pork on the all inclusive menu, somedays only pork and fish! More chicken please as most people eat that! The gym area was a joke, no air con and half the equipment was out of service! The room near the pool are very noisy, but the quieter rooms away from the pool were perfect.

Nice location, helpful staff . Pls avoid this property if you are vegetarian as not much options. The dinner Chef tried to help and hence we had something to eat however the breakfast and lunch chef simply denied to make anything for vegetarian. Salad, fruits and sweets are mostly the option for vegetarians which I am sure no one can eat everyday. Fabulous options for Non- vegetarians. 3 swimming pool.The Air condition in the room doesn’t work properly and hence had few sleepless nights when it was above 30 degree.
