I couldn't believe how hard the staff works here, amazing nightly shows, quick service, a wide variety of food options including 2 barbecues going on all day. My picky eater loved it, and that was one thing I was worried about. So much wildlife, beautifully kept property, and beach was gorgeous. This was such a relaxing and memorable vacation, much needed after not taking one since 2007!

Amazing resort. We loved the all inclusive. We had the garden room with a spa tub and lovely rainfall shower. The staff was helpful, the food delicious and the swim up bars were fun even for non-alcoholic drinks. We were able to get dinner reservations each night. We took three excursions off site and then enjoyed downtime.

This place is massive! So much to do everyday! The entertainment group there is super friendly! Had an awesome time! Would recommend this place to everyone!

Not user friendly. Was not informed in advance of 72 hour reservation to restaurant requirements. Not much for entertainment being advertised. Cart for transporting people around the grounds was not very clear as to times for pick up etc

The resort was not clean, needs TLC and updated. Our shower did not drain correctly and the garden tub was unusable due to being dirty also. The restaurants are hard to make reservations and we were forced to primarily eat at the buffets. The buffets were disappointing and not refilled in a timely manner. Reservations for other restaurants were only available with an up charge to purchase wine. I feel there are other nicer resorts in the area.
