Es estupenda la ubicación la playa de Palma a unos 150 mts y muy bien comunicado para ir al aeropuerto y al centro de Palma, y sobre todo la atención del personal un 10 seguro volveré.

Hotel muy familiar, con muy buena comunicación del aereopuerto y centro de Palma, al lado de la playa del arenal y de la pizzería Plaza, el personal excelente.

Dit Hotel heeft een centrale ligging, 3min tot El Arenal Strand en in de buurt van Bierkoning en co. De kamers mooi met comfortable bedden blick op Zee. Dinner was heel goed en liet geen wensen over ok het ontbijt. Pool prima. Vriendelijk personeel

Hotel is een standaard hotel, met vriendelijke staf, erg behulpzaam. Ligt in klein Duitsland gedeelte. 5 minuten van mooi strand, bedden te huur 2 bedden parasol, 18 euro. Luxe bedden parasol 54 euro. De kamer die we hadden op de 6e verdieping was oké. Doordat ie dicht bij lift was heel erg lawaaierig met mensen en personeel. 98 % Duitse gasten. Waarvan 60% rond 20-25 jaar. Comfort: Op zich goed hier en daar missers, geen internationale tv behalve Duits, geen smart tv waar naar je kan casten. Te lawaaierig, beddengoed niet schoon of versleten, 2 enkele bedden ipv dubbel, handdoeken versleten en we hadden zelfs vieze handdoeken die schoon moesten zijn. Eten: Ontbijt was altijd goed. Avond eten was matig to slecht, warm eten is veelal elke dag zelfde, Maar je kan er geen menu uit samenstellen omdat niets bij elkaar hoort. Salade bar ok/goed Dessert ok veelal meloen, ijs. Omgeving: 5 minuten van mooi strand Wat kleine winkeltjes barretjes en restaurants. Veel al focus op Duitse gasten. Aanrader is auto huur, tussen 45-200 euro afhankelijk van grote van de auto. Leuk om eiland verder te verkennen. Valdamossa en Solden aanraders. Al in al oké hotel, zeker geen vier sterren hotel doordat het op kleine dingen niet goed zit.

Goede ligging van het hotel tov het strand. Personeel niet behulpzaam en zelfs onvriendelijk. Zwembad laat open en vroeg dicht, geen sfeer rondom het zwembad. Kamers klein en badkamer met wc geeft geen privacy ivm glazen deur welke niet geheel gesloten kan worden. Ontbijt niet bijzonder voor 4 sterren hotel en ook hier beperkte openingstijden, sloot om 10 uur. Chaotisch geheel ivm looppaden welke aangehouden moesten worden ivm Corona. Op ochtend van vertrek konden we koffie pakken in de eetzaal echter geen bekers of kopjes te vinden. Slecht gemanaged en onvriendelijk personeel in hotel wat geen 4 sterren hotel waardig is.

Second stay at this hotel mainly due to its proximity to the airport but also because of the previous stay being so pleasant. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very attentive, the hotel is smart and clean, it is a great base to walk along the front to Palma ( if you like a good walk!) or you can easily catch the bus into Palma from nearby. (Although they do get very busy) Would recommend this hotel for a short break to do some sightseeing in Palma

The beds in the Hotel Principe are really comfortable and the room temperature is easily adjusted to your desired setting. The bathrooms are extremely modern and clean. Towels and extra bedding are in plentiful supply. I found the meals to be fresh and tasty, with a special cooked breakfast and delicious coffee every morning. The staff really go out of their way to make everything easy for guests (Thanks everyone...Jose, John-Anthony, John and all the rest of the wonderful staff!) The rooms are serviced every day, and towels and dressing gowns are supplied for the spa, which I must say is delightful. My mother and I were very well looked after. One thing we loved is that the hotel is very peaceful as it is set back just one block from the sea and you don't get any noise at night. I definitely intend to come back to this beachside hotel with its beautiful jacuzzi balcony and seaview.
