Days Inn by Wyndham Kansas City International Airport

Pool was closed, bathroom was broken, room had an awful smell, we booked this hotel for the 5am breakfast. It wasn’t ready… they start putting it out at 5am so it wasn’t ready until 5:20 ish and we had to catch our flight.

Probably the worst Hotel I've been to. Parking lot was so small we had to leave our vehicle on the street. The Hotel told me a different price then my booking price, then the wifi didn't work. The Hotel offered breakfast which was a joke three off brand cereal that's it. Lobby restaurant out of order. The iron in my room leaked rusted water on my clothes. Just a all around bad experience. I really feel ripped off. I came to K.C. for my son 7 on 7 tournament.

Parking was non-existent. The HVAC unit in the room was spray painted black and looked burnt. Entire hotel smelled strongly of ****. Room window was wide open at 20 degree weather outside.

I was very upset to find out that to leave a vehicle parked required reservations. There is absolutely no mention of this anywhere when booking. We are now attempting to sleep in a very uncomfortable bed and have to pay for parking at the airport. There is mention of airport transfer and free parking, but this is absolutely not true.

Not as pictures show. Felt grimy, hard bed and pillows, heard every single car on the highway, hard to find parking. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

Room was nice and clean, check in was fast and easy, staff very friendly. Very hot water in shower and nice cozy bed. I will definitely stay again if in the area.

For the price is great near the airport. However it does show it needs to attention to detail like some repairs. And then it’s 7 am and kids are running up and down

Found a bug in the bed (could be a bed bug) and left immediately. Was told they could not refund and desk person was rude. Do not stay here.

The breakfasts were extremely limited. The facility was clean, but a cleaning solution was used that left a very undesirable smell in the lobby and dining area. There was much evidence of "do-it-yourself" repairs that don't meet professional standards. The staff was present, but generally not helpful. This hotel is not worthy of the Days Inn brand.
