Booked for surgery at medical city plano, wife stayed here instead overnight at hospital. Very clean, lots of lighting in parking lot. Breakfast is basic. Waffle maker, cereal, bread,jam and yogurt.

The whole stay was excellent. Great place for a family. Quiet and safe. Staff was really nice and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Room was dirty and the breakfast yesterday was not a breakfast. They shouldn't advertise that they include this with your stay.

Management needs to ensure rooms are properly cleaned prior to visitors arriving.
Management needs to let cleaning crew know there are people sleeping during the morning hours so less noise or no noise at all is key.
They were excessively loud in the morning while talking. It was very unprofessional.
