A beautiful experience. Wonderful place, common areas are top 10, the breakfast was great, the pool as well. The staff is efficiently good, specially Ivan Saldaña, he is the conserje and do a splendid job over there. I recommend Los Portales 100 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Top quality hotel with large comfortable rooms .Best pillows ive had in years. Breakfast tasty with a good selection. Lunch excellent albeit a bit short on volume Wifi and tv good Staff very friendly and efficient A nice place to stay and i will return

Nice hotel, well located. The personal in all áreas very attentive. The rooms super comfy and clean. This hotel show the Spanish colonial culture in Piura. The meals are really good as well local drinks. If I'm back in Piura definitely I'll stay here again.

Classic traditional hotel, very comfortable and enjoyable a**osphere. this is a very pleasant place to stay across from a city Plaza. There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops in ice cream places in the area. The hotel also has a very pleasant restaurant.

This was my 4th time staying here. Location is great. The staff is the best. Very helpful. The hotel is maintained in great condition. I highly recommend this Hotel.

A stately old hotel on the Plaza de Armas in the town center. Superlative in every way! Staff were all very kind and accommodating, the meals were excellent, the building and pool area were beautiful. I can't imagine how our experience could have been better. Thank you!

Very bad experience doing the payment. We were three guests, each did their reservations and payment in a diferent way and the three of us had issues. It took too long to check out for that reason, and we didn't even get solutions. Be very careful with your cards with this hotel.
