Needed a one day retreat from some personal matters. Very emotional, checked in around 6 on showered, went out for food and came back around 11is. Ate grabbed the other key went to car to get my night bag and door key would not work. Went to front desk, they left early sign said closed Libby from 3am to 7 am.Asjed person in driveway to call desk no answering service. No emergency maitnence or any type of number provided. Living quarters insight was empty. I attempted prying open window, no luck. Had to sleep in my vehicle with no blanket no phone. In the morning front desk called management and alls they would do was refund the 3rd party, I asked if they could give me a room for the night since I was in my car n slept only 2 hours, would not even do that. Tried to lie and say they were full after front desk already offered to give me a room. It was the weekend and it was double so they did not want to loose money wasting it in taking care of a customer they left out in the cold.
Dirty ran down room, coffee still in top of maker wet. No form of security and no concern for female alone licked out in the cold dark parking lot, and yet they value customer safety. .hmmmm
