These thieves canceled my reservation seven days before arrival. They took my money and did not refund it still, after 3 months. After that, they blocked me on WhatsApp when I contacted them to refund my money, and booking protects them in all this since they do nothing to help me get my money back. Just avoid these thieves!!!

My reservation from Januray for 7 people has been canceled 12 days before the arrival date. Now the hotel does not respond to emails, does not answer the phone, no contact. I definitely don't recommend.

Ho prenotato a maggio 2023 e subito mi hanno addebitato sulla carta. Dieci gg prima di partire la partenza era il 30/07 per caso vedo un messaggio su booking che la struttura mi aveva cxl il soggiorno. Panico. Ho cercato di contattare l struttura ma nn hanno risposto MAI ne a chiamate ne a messagi. MAI ricevuto il rimborso da parte loro. Esperienza disastrosa. Solo dopo 4 mesi ho ricevuto il rimborso pero da Booking. Nn lo consiglio

L'hotel mi ha cancellato la prenotazione 2 settimane prima dell'arrivo senza restituire i soldi che avevo versato a febbraio all'atto della prenotazione! Ho dovuto cercare un altro alloggio e nel mese di agosto non è affatto facile!

Ho prenotato dal maggiore sito prenotazioni americano , tramite il suo intermediario patner la A.... , prima di comprare i voli ho chiamato quest'ultima per avere certezza sulla prenotazione, in serata mi hanno dato conferma e qualcuno dalla Grecia si è preso dalla carta i soldi... Ricontatto dopo pochi giorni A.... by B..... perchè non rispondeva nessuno al numero telefonico Greco fornitomi dal sito di hotel famoso. Mi dicono per 20 giorni che è tutto a posto e che hanno avvisato del mio ceck in un certo Milas della struttura (alla fine invece si è scopèrto che questa struttura è fantasma . Mi domando come puo' il sito famosissimo di hotel mettere in vendita strutture fantasma e non è la prima volta ! Come possono dei .... mettere strutture fantasma nei siti di tutto il mondo ???

Premesso che sono una persona che viaggia molto e si adatta alle situazioni ma in questo caso non sono riuscito ad adattarmi e non riesco a dare un voto positivo. Il complesso e’ anche carino ma ci sono molte note negative: Camera soffocante, un caldo atroce, il condizionatore non funziona bene e non esce aria fredda. Il bagno e’ davvero orribile e fa impressione farci la doccia. Anche la colazione non e’ buona, un croissant confezionato e poco altro. Le uniche note positive sono la gentilezza del proprietario e della signora delle pulizie ma questa struttura andrebbe rivista tutta. Io non consiglio questo posto, mi dispiace
