Receptionist was very rude upon arrival. Phone in room didn’t work. Nothing done about it. Cars kept us up all night doing donuts in the parking lot. Nothing done about it. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming during the day. Nothing done about it. I’ve been staying here for over 20 years but this might be my last visit. Very disgusted.

Property was very convenient visiting our son in piqua. Nice pool and breakfast included. Price was very reasonable. We will stay again!

We walked around mall shopped and went back to room.Room was on first floor which was easy-to-use since we left early in morning.

Close to Hwy was very good.
Breakfast was NOT good, eggs were watery and tasteless, and available cut off was 9;00 am, 10:00 am would be better

There was only one concierge and about 10 people waiting to check in. I felt bad for her. I payed for 2 queen
Beds and I got doubles. There were a lot of kids running around late.

Booked last minute after being on the road for 10 hours. Woke up around 1:30 am because I was being eaten alive by bedbugs. Terrible hotel.

The first room smelled like smoke. They moved us into another room. Needs an update but still good to stay there.

Have stayed here numerous times. Every time it has been a very pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Well tv remote didn't work at all and it is connected to a mall of nothing. Was very disappointed with it. The service was good and the pool was nice however the fitness center machines also did not work. Rooms were clean but was disappointed with things there cause was hoping to go the mall but no stores were open it was all closed down.
