While this might be your best option in sallisaw i strongly advise you to teavel a little farther down before getting a place to stay. We only stayed about 20 minutes and then had to leave because my husband's skin was crawling.

The motel is not suitable for guests. My room was dirty when I got there. Toilet was nasty. The woman that runs the place was Ryde and unprofessional. They shouldn't even have one star. I do not recommend anyone to stay there. I've never been disrespected by a person like that. Blue ribbon should think about hiring a new manager maybe then they could have a better reputation.

OMG I'm going to be honest this place had roaches in my room the door didn't lock right and there was a weird man in the parking lot that indeed up going to jail when the cops showed up. Plus when you went to front desk for something you couldn't find the person running the front desk

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AN AWFUL PLACE TO STAY! ! I checked into this hotel and paid for 2 nights. After entering the room, I noticed a lot of ants in the bathroom, and called the front desk. I was told to stay in the room, and after some time, a lady came to the room with a can of ANT SPRAY! I told her that I didn’t want to stay there, and requested my money back. She then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t get my money refunded because I had been in the room for 10 minutes, and they had posted a note on the registration wall that they would not refund payment if someone stayed in the room for 10 minutes. I was in the room waiting for the ant issue to be resolved because they told me to wait in the room until someone came; and now, I was being told that they wouldn’t refund my payment! I didn’t stay in that hotel at all, not one or two nights! I checked into a nearby hotel, as it was very late when I arrived from out of town. I even called the police depar**ent to make a formal complaint. WHAT A TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHIC, TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM CONSUMERS, JUST LOOKING FOR A DECENT PLACE TO STAY, AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM IN SUCH A WAY!!!

The room was supposed to be smoke free but it had a strong odor of cigarettes. It had burn marks on the tub and the sheets had cigarette burn holes in it. The room was dirty and infested with cockroaches.

I was very impressed by this booking, the price was very reasonable considering the nice location and rooms that were clean. Everything was up to par and I have nothing but good things to say since the staff was more than accomodating to my needs. I had a minor incident with the ice machine not working and they immediately had it fixed.

Terrible place.Dirty and to old.The staff were great and tried their best by changing our room.Shower didn’t work in the second room.Should not be on **********.This is not the fault of the staff.

It advertised that they had an indoor pool but it was broken, the internet didn’t work and the pillows were very flat… and there was no breakfast like they advertised. I would have settled for coffee in my room but though there was a coffee pot, there was no coffee or cups… the room was clean so I guess that was good. You should note when the pool is broken so you know before you book the room.

The breakfast was simple, but there's a nice breakfast room that looks out on the indoor pool. The property was old but clean.
